رؤية مقترحة لإنشاء مراكز العيش المستقل Centers for Independent Living (CILs) للكبار من ذوي الاعاقة لتحقيق الشمول التعليمي

يهدف البحث إلي وضع رؤية لإنشاء مراكز للعيش المستقل Centers for Independent Living لتحقيق الشمول التعليمي للكبار من ذوي الاعاقة؛ ولضمان الاستقلالية المهنية والحياتية؛ واشباع حاجات هؤلاء الكبار وخصوصا أصحاب الاعاقة في النموذج الاجتماعي للإعاقة، وبالاعتماد علي مجموعة من المواثيق الدولية والاقليمية والمحلية للشمول التعليمي لذوي الاعاقة.
ويعرف العيش المستقل على أنه "القدرة على تقرير واختيار ما يريده الشخص، وأين يعيش وكيف، وماذا يفعل، وكيفية الشروع في القيام بذلك"، بينما استخدمت "الاحتياجات السبعة" الخاصة بالمعوقين لتحليل الحواجز التي يواجها المشاركون.
مراكز العيش المستقل: مراكز خدمات تضمن الاستقلالية لذوي الاعاقة وتلبية احتياجاتهم بكرامة، دون اللجوء للآخرين، وضمان حقوقهم؛ من خلال الحصول على المساعدة متى وكيف تطلب ذلك.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
"A proposed vision for the establishment of Centers for Independent Living (CILs) for adults with disabilities to achieve educational inclusion."
The research aims to develop a vision for the establishment of centers for independent living to achieve educational inclusion for adults with disabilities; to ensure professional and life independence; and to satisfy the needs of these adults, especially people with disabilities, in the social model of disability, and relying on a set of international, regional and local conventions for educational inclusion for people with disabilities.

Independent living is defined as "the ability to decide and choose what a person wants, where and how to live, how, what to do, and how to proceed to do so," while the "seven needs" of the disabled were used to analyse the barriers faced by participants.
Independent Living Centers: Service centers that ensure independence for people with disabilities and meet their needs with dignity, without resorting to others, and guarantee their rights; by obtaining assistance when and how to request it.
