الإدارة الإبداعية كمدخل لتعزيز الحوكمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي: دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ

هدف البحث الى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للإدارة الابداعية والأسس الفكرية للحوكمة, والوقوف على جهود مصر لتعزيز الحوكمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسى (نظريا), والوقوف على واقع الحوكمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسى فى محافظة كفرالشيخ فى ضوء مدخل الادارة الابداعية (ميدانيا), والتوصل الى تصور مقترح  لتعزيز الحوكمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسى بمحافظة كفرالشيخ فى ضوء مدخل الادارة الابداعية . واستخدم البحث منهج البحث المختلط  وهو ذلك المنهج الذى يجمع بين الجانبين الكمى والكيفى فى آن واحد. وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج منها النتائج المتعلقة بعناصر الادارة الابداعية وهى الطلاقة والمرونة والأصالة والحساسية للمشكلات والمخاطرة , ومنها المعاييرالمتعلقة بواقع الحوكمة  وهى الشفافية والمحاسبية والمشاركة والعدالة . وتم التوصل الى تصور مقترح لتعزيز الحوكمة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة كفرالشيخ في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإبداعية
The research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of creative management and the intellectual foundations of governance, and to identify Egypt's efforts to enhance governance in primary schools (theoretically), and to identify the reality of governance in primary schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in light of the creative management approach (in the field), and to reach a proposed vision to enhance governance in primary schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in light of the creative management approach. The research used the mixed research method, which is the method that combines the quantitative and qualitative aspects at the same time. The research reached a set of results, including results related to the elements of creative management, which are fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems and risk, and the criteria related to the reality of governance, which are transparency, accountability, participation and justice. A proposed vision was reached to enhance governance in primary schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in light of The creative management approach.
