الدور المعدّل والوسيط لمتغير العزم الأكاديمي للعلاقة بين الاستحقاق النفسي والنهوض الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنيا Modified and Mediating Role of Academic Grit between psychological Entitlement and Buoyancy for students of the Faculty of Education

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف الدور المعدّل للعزم الأكاديمي في العلاقة بين الاستحقاق النفسي والنهوض الأكاديمي، وكذلك التوصّل إلى نموذج يوضح التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لمتغير الاستحقاق النفسي على متغير النهوض الأكاديمي من خلال متغير العزم الأكاديمي. وتمثّلت أدوات الدراسة من مقاييس (الاستحقاق النفسي، العزم الأكاديمي، النهوض الأكاديمي) "تعريب وتقنين: الباحثان"، وتمّ تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على عينة مكوّنة من (500) طالبٍ بكلية التربية، ودلّت النتائج على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب مرتفعي ومنخفضي الاستحقاق النفسي في الدرجة الكلية للنهوض الأكاديمي في اتجاه مرتفعي الاستحقاق الأكاديمي، كما أمكن ترتيب المتغيرات وفق قدرتها بصورة هرمية نقية دالة إحصائيًّا عند مستوى (0.01) على تفسير التباين في النهوض الأكاديمي ؛ حيث كان متغير العزم الأكاديمي (الدرجة الكلية) كان منبئاً بمفرده بنسبة إسهام (36,8%)، وفي ضوء ذلك افترض الباحثان نموذجًا سببيًا افتراضيًّا للعلاقة بين المتغيرات تتوسط فيها العزم الأكاديمي للعلاقة بين المتغيرين الاستحقاق النفسي والنهوض الأكاديمي، وتبيّن أن متغير العزم الأكاديمي يتوسط توسطًا كليًّا العلاقة بين الاستحقاق النفسي والنهوض الأكاديمي، بينما لا يوجد دور معدل دالًا إحصائيًّا لمتغير العزم الأكاديمي في العلاقة بين متغيري الاستحقاق النفسي والنهوض الأكاديمي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمّت صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات التربوية والبحوث المقترحة.
The study aimed to identify the Modified Role of Academic Grit between psychological Entitlement and Buoyancy, as well as testing a model that explains the direct and indirect effects of psychological Entitlement on Academic Buoyancy through the need for knowledge. Tools used were: Psychological Entitlement scale, the Academic Grit scale, and the Academic Buoyancy Scale (the researchers).Study tools were a lied to a sample consisted of (500) students (males and females) from the Faculty of Education. Results indicated that there was a statistically significant differences between the average scores of students with high and low psychological Entitlement in the total score of Academic Buoyancy and then in the direction of those with high psychological Entitlement. It was also possible to hierarchical arrange the variables according to their ability in a pure, statistically significant way at the level (0.01) to explain the variance in Academic Buoyancy as follows: The Academic Grit (36.8%). In light of this, the researchers assumed a hypothetical causal model for the relationship between the two variables, psychological Entitlement and Academic Buoyancy, it turns out that the Academic Grit variable partially mediates the relationship between psychological Entitlement and Academic Buoyancy. In light of these results, a set of educational recommendations and proposed research were formulated.
