المستخلص

يهدف البحث إلي التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لاختبار مهارات القيادة المصور لدى أطفال الروضة ، حيث تم بناء الاختبار بعد الإطلاع على المراجع والأدبيات  والاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة فى نفس مجال البحث  ،وقد تضمن الاختبار خمس مهارات رئيسة وهي : مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين، مهارة اتخاذ القرار، مهارة حل المشكلات ،مهارة الدافعية للإنجاز، مهارة تحمل المسؤولية. تكون الاختبار من (25) موقف مصور وللتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للاختبار تم استخدام صدق المحكمين وصدق المقارنة الطرفية ‏وتم التحقق من الثبات باستخدام طريقة ألفا- كرونباخ ، طريقة التجزئة النصفية. وأسفرت النتائج عن 
 الصورة النهائية للاختبار متضمنا (25) موقف مصور على خمس أبعاد وتتمتع بصدق و ثبات مرتفع مما يجعل الاختبار صالحاً للتطبيق.
The research aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the leadership skills test depicted by kindergarten children, the test was built after reviewing references and literature and benefiting from previous studies in the same field of research.
The test included five basic skills, the skill of communicating with others,
Decision making skill, problem solving skill, motivation skill for achievement, Responsibility skill.
 The test consists of (25) illustrated situations and to verify the psychometric properties of the test, the veracity of the arbitrators and the veracity of the peripheral comparison were used, and reliability was verified using the Cronbach's alpha method and the spilt-half method. 
The results showed that the final picture of the test was reached, which included (25) situation that saturate five dimensions and have high validity and stability which makes the test valid for application.
