المستخلص

يهدف البحث إلى تعرف أهم التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجه التعليم الفني، والوقوف على واقع التعليم الفني بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء هذه التحديات، واقتراح آليات لمواجهة التحديات المعاصرة في التعليم الفني، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بما  في ذلك الإطار النظري ومراجعة الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات السابقة، وتضمنت النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث نتائج ذات صلة بالإطار النظري تسلط الضوء على الآثار والفوائد التي تؤثر على التعليم الفني، بالإضافة إلى نتائج تتعلق بواقع التعليم الفني في جمهورية مصر العربية، مع الإشارة إلى أهم المشكلات والصعوبات التي قد تعيق تقدم التعليم الفني في مصر، وذلك بهدف تعزيز مستوى مخرجات هذه المؤسسات بالمجتمع المصري، وتقديم الآليات المقترحة لتطوير التعليم الفني بمصر في ظل التحديات المعاصرة، وأبرزها تزويد التعليم الفني بالإمكانيات المادية والبشرية والوسائل تمكن مؤسساته من أداء مهامها بفاعلية ما يضمن لها تحقيق ميزة تنافسية، والعمل على تحسين العلاقة بين مؤسسات التعليم الفني والقطاع العام والخاص بالمجتمع، تطوير وتحسين جودة برامج التخصصات المهنية والخدمات المقدمة.
The research aims to identify the most important contemporary challenges facing technical education, examine the reality of technical education in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of these challenges, and propose mechanisms to confront contemporary challenges in technical education. The research used the descriptive approach, including the theoretical framework and a review of educational literature and previous studies. The results reached by the research included results related to the theoretical framework that highlight the effects and benefits that affect technical education, in addition to results related to the reality of technical education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with reference to the most important problems and difficulties that may hinder the progress of technical education in Egypt. With the aim of enhancing the level of outputs of these institutions in Egyptian society, and presenting proposed mechanisms for developing technical education in Egypt in light of contemporary challenges, The most prominent of which is providing technical education with the material and human capabilities and means that enable its institutions to perform their tasks effectively, which ensures that they achieve a competitive advantage, working to improve the relationship between technical education institutions and the public and private sectors of society, developing and improving the quality of professional specialization programs and the services provided.
