القيادة الكمومية كمدخل لتلبية متطلبات الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة بجامعة الزقازيق "دراسة ميدانية" A Proposed Vision to Activate the Use of Augmented Reality Applications in Learning Scientific Concepts in Kindergarten stage

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على القيادة الكمومية كمدخل لتلبية متطلبات الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة بجامعة الزقازيق، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية قوامها (209) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الزقازيق، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن هناك مجموعة من المتغيرات العالمية وأهمهم متطلبات الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة  تستلزم ضرورة مواكبتها من قبل مؤسسات التعليم العالي ، والتي تتطلب تكامل رأس المال البشرى وأنسنة التعليم مع الذكاء الاصطناعي والتوأم الرقمي والسحابة الالكترونية وانترنت الأشياء والروبورت التعاونى وغيرها لانتاج الذكاء المعزز الذي يتكامل فيه جهود الإنسان مع مزايا التكنولوجيا ، وتُعد القيادة الكمومية نهج قيادى لإدارة تحديات العمل في العالم المعولم ، وقادرعلى العمل بفاعلية للاهتمام بالعنصر البشرى والثقة بقدراته ، والاستجابة للمستجدات التكنولوجية والثورات الصناعية بكفاءة بجامعة الزقازيق ، ولهذا يسعى البحث إلى تلبية متطلبات الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة بجامعة الزقازيق في ضوء تفعيل مدخل القيادة الكمومية ، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها أن ممارسة القيادة الكمومية تساعد في تحويل بيئة العمل إلى منظمة تعلم حقيقية مسايرة لمستجدات العصر ، وإيجاد بيئة داعمة تُشجع المرؤوسين على استخدام الحكمة الداخلية لاكتشاف حلول مبتكرة ومبدعة لإحداث نقلة نوعية  لتعزيز الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة ، ووضع استراتيجيات ديناميكية لمواجهة التغيرات ومواكبة كافة التطورات الإنسانية والتكنولوجية المتسارعة ، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث نظرياً وميدانياً ، تم تقديم تصورا مقترحاً يمكن تطبيقه بجامعة  الزقازيق لتلبية الانتقال إلى الثورة الصناعية الخامسة في ضوء مدخل القيادة الكمومية.
The Aim of the Current Research is to Identify Quantum Mechanics as an input to Enhance the Transition to the Fifth Industrial Revolution in Zagazig. Descriptive and Analytical Applied Research was used, and the Questionnaire was Applied to direct control in Zagazig (209) faculty members in Zagazig. The Research Reached a set of Results, The Most Important of which are There is a Group of Global Constructions, The Most Important of which is Required to move to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, which Requires keeping pace with Higher Education, which Requires The Integration of the Human Head, and that The year of Education with Artificial Intelligence, The Digital Twin, The Electronic cloud, the Internet, Cooperative Robots, and Other productions of Enhanced Intelligence in which Human Efforts are Integrated with the Advantages Technology: Quantum leadership is the new Technology that leads Innovations in Business Challenges in the Globalized World, and is Able to work with the effectiveness of a lantern with the human Element and Confidence in its Abilities, and to Respond to Complex Developments and Industrial revolutions as it Entered Zagazig, For this Reason, it is Required to Research The Requirements for the Transition to the Fifth industrial Revolution in Zagazig in light of Activating the Quantum Approach ,The Research Reached a set of The Most Important Recommendations that practicing Quantum leadership Helps Transform the work Environment into a True learning Organization that keeps up with the Developments of the times, and Creates Support that Encourages subordinates to use wisdom to Find Innovative Solutions and Creativity to Create a Guaranteed Shift in Moving to the Fifth Industrial Revolution, and a dynamic Situation for the Coming Necessity and keeping up with them. All the Delightful Human and Technological Developments Then, The Optical Results led to Theoretical and Field Research, and a Technology was Envisioned that could be Applied in Zagazig, The Battle for The Transition to the Fifth Industrial Revolution in the Light Approach to Quantum leadership.
