هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع المشاركة المجتمعية في ادارة مدارس البكالوريا الدولية وإمكانية الإفادة منها في مصر. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان و استمارة مقابلة مفتوحة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) فرد بحيث يكون منهم (50) من أولياء الأمور بواقع (35) ولى أمر لطلاب من المدارس الحكومية المصرية (15) ولي أمر لطلاب من مدارس البكالوريا و (100) معلم  بواقع (70) معلم بالمدارس الحكومية المصرية (30) معلم بمدارس البكالوريا و (50 ) اداري بواقع (30) اداري بالمدارس الحكومية المصرية (20) اداري بمدارس البكالوريا . وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو آليات تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في المدارس البكالوريا الدولية جاءت ذات درجة عالية، وهذا يدل على ارتفاع آليات تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في المدارس البكالوريا الدولية حيث تحرص المدرسة على عقد اجتماعات مع أولياء الأمور بشكل دوري وإعداد دورات تدريبية حول الاتصال للطلاب، بينما جاءت اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو واقع مشاركة الأسرة مع المدرسة في المدارس الحكومية المصرية جاء ذات درجة منخفضة، وهذا يدل على انخفاض درجة مشاركة الأسرة مع المدرسة في المدارس الحكومية المصرية. كما أوضحت النتائج أن واقع مشاركة المجتمع مع المدرسة في المدارس الحكومية المصرية جاء ذات درجة منخفضة، وهذا يدل على انخفاض درجة مشاركة المجتمع مع المدرسة في المدارس الحكومية المصرية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اتاحة الصلاحيات الكافية لمدير المدرسة لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية. توافر كادر مختص بالمدرسة مسئول عن تطوير التعاون بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي. اقناع المدرسة بجدوى التعاون مع الاسر ومؤسسات المجتمع .
The study aimed to reveal the reality of community participation in the management of IB schools and the possibility of benefiting from it in Egypt. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study tools were a questionnaire and an open interview form. The study sample consisted of (200) individuals, including (50) parents by (35) parents for students from Egyptian public schools, (15) parents for students from baccalaureate schools, (100) teachers by (70) teachers in Egyptian public schools, (30) teachers in baccalaureate schools, and (50) administrators by (30) administrators in Egyptian public schools, (20) administrators in baccalaureate schools. . The results of the study found that the attitudes of the members of the study sample towards the mechanisms of activating community participation in the International Baccalaureate schools were of a high degree, and this indicates the high mechanisms for activating community participation in the International Baccalaureate schools, where the school is keen to hold meetings with parents periodically and prepare training courses on communication for students, while the attitudes of the members of the study sample towards the reality of family participation with the school in Egyptian public schools came with a low degree, and this indicates a decrease The degree of family participation with the school in Egyptian public schools. The results also showed that the reality of community participation with the school in Egyptian public schools was low, and this indicates the low degree of community participation with the school in Egyptian public schools. And that the attitudes of the members of the study sample towards the obstacles facing the activation of community participation in Egyptian public schools were of a high degree.
