هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية استخدام مدخل الجدارات المهنية في تنمية مهارات فن اتصال لدى طلاب المدارس الفندقية المتقدمة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إعداد قائمة بمهارات فن الاتصال، واختيار وحدتي "مهارات العمل المكتبي" و " وسائل أداء العمل المكتبي" من مقرر فن الاتصال وإعداد كتاب الطالب ودليل المعلم لهما، وإعداد اختبار تحصيلي اختبار مواقف أدائية، ولقياس الفاعلية تم اختيار عينة البحث وتكونت من مجموعتين إحداهما ضابطة وعددها (30) طالب، والأخرى تجريبية وعددها (30) طالب من طلاب الصف الثالث الثانوي الفندقي والسياحي بإحدى المدارس الفندقية المتقدمة، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليًا وبعديًا على عينة البحث، وبتحليل النتائج احصائياً وجد أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى(0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين (التجريبية، والضابطة) في التطبيق البعدي لأدوات البحث لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وقد أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام باستخدام مدخل الجدارات المهنية في المقررات الفندقية الأخرى لما له من أهمية ونتائج جيدة على تحصيل وأداء الطلاب.
Abstract
The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of using the professional competencies approach in developing the art of communication skills among students at advanced hotel schools, To achieve the goal of the research, a list of communication art skills was prepared, and the two units "office work skills" and "office work means" were selected from the communication art course. Preparing a student’s book and a teacher’s guide for them and preparing an achievement test for a performance test. To measure the effectiveness, the research sample was selected and consisted of two groups, one of which was a control group of (30) students, and the other an experimental number of (30) students from the third-year secondary hotel and tourism students in one of the advanced hotel schools. The research tools were applied before and after on the research sample, and by analyzing the results statistically, it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the two groups (experimental and control) in the post application of the research tools in favor of the experimental group, and the research recommended a set of recommendations Among the most important of them: the need to pay attention to the use of the entrance to professional competencies in other hotel courses because of its importance and good results on the achievement and performance of students.
