يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن مکونات البنية العاملية لمقياس الهُوية المهنية للأخصائي النفسي المدرسي، والتحقق من الخصائص السيکومترية للمقياس، تکونت عينة البحث من (200) أخصائي نفسي وأخصائية بمدراس التربية والتعليم بنطاق محافظة القاهرة، تم اشتقاقهم من خمس إدارات تعليمية مختلفة، تم تطبيق مقياس الهُوية المهنية (إعداد: الباحثة).
وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود خمسة عوامل کامنة تشبع عليها عبارات مقياس الهُوية المهنية والبالغ عددها (30) عبارة، فضلاً عن التحقق من مؤشرات الصدق والثبات للمقياس بعدة طرق کصدق المحتوى، والاتساق الداخلي، والصدق العاملي، والصدق التمييزي. کما تم حساب الثبات بطريقتي ألفا کرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية لجتمان، مما يشير إلى ارتفاع الدلالة السيکولوجية للمقياس وامکانية استخدامه بصورة موسعة.  
The current research aims to uncover the components of the international structure of the professional identity scale of the school psychologist and verify the psychometric properties of the scale. The sample consisted of (200) psychologists and specialists in the schools of Cairo governorate, derived from five different educational managements, Professional Identity (Prepared by: Researcher).
The results indicated that there are five latent factors that satisfy the terms of the professional identity scale of (30) item, as well as verifying the indicators of validity and reliability of the scale in several ways such as Face Validity, internal consistency, Factorial Validity and discriminant Validity. reliability was also calculated using alpha-cronbach and half-term fractions of Guttman, indicating a high psychological significance of the scale and its wide applicability.
