فاعلية برنامج قائم على فنون الأداء، وحقوق الطفل في تنمية بعض قيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة

يستهدف البحث الحالي لمعرفة فاعلية برنامج قائم على فنون الأداء، وحقوق الطفل في تنمية بعض قيم المواطنة “حرية الرأي وتقبل الرأي الآخر، العدالة والمساواة، الاحترام، الطاعة واتباع القواعد والقوانين، العمل الجماعي والتعاون، المبادأة، الأمانة، تحمل المسئولية والالتزام، الادخار وترشيد الاستهلاک، الحفاظ على الملکية الخاصة والعامة، التسامح، الإيثار، المشارکة المجتمعية والاعمال التطوعية، التواضع، الانتماء، النزاهة، السلام، الولاء “لدى طفل الروضة.
تمت الدراسة على مرحلتين الاولى معرفة واقع تنمية قيم المواطنة القائمة على حقوق الطفل من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال؛ من خلال تطبيق استبانة واقع تنمية قيم المواطنة (اعداد الباحثتين) وطبقت على عدد (120) معلمة رياض أطفال، وتحديد معوقات تنمية قيم المواطنة؛ ووضع تصور مقترح للتطوير من خلال تنظيم عدد (4) مجموعات بؤرية کل مجموعة تضم عدد (10) معلمات رياض اطفال.
المرحلة الثانية تطبيق البرنامج قائم على فنون الأداء (المسرح والفنون اليدوية والموسيقى والايقاع والغناء)، وحقوق الطفل على عينة مکونة من (62) طفل وطفلة من المستوى الثاني بروضة المدرسة الرسمية المتميزة بالحي الخامس بمدينة 6 أکتوبر، تم تقسيمها على (31) طفل وطفلة مجموعة تجريبية، (31) طفل وطفلة مجموعة ضابطة، من خلال تطبيق اختبار قيم المواطنة المصور، وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات وقواعد السلوک المرتبطة بقيم المواطنة لدى طفل الروضة (اعداد الباحثتين).
واسفرت النتائج عن ما يلي  لتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطفل من وجهة نظر المعلمة يجب  تعريف الأطفال بحقوقهم وواجباتهم نحو وطنهم ، والتخطيط لأنشطة تستهدف تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطفل ، أهمية دعم إدارة الروضة والتوجيه الفني لتطبيق أنشطة لتنمية تلک القيم ،تطوير مناهج رياض الأطفال بحيث تشمل على أنشطة لتنمية قيم المواطنة ، ضرورة تدريب المعلمات والموجهات ومديري الروضات على کيفية تنمية قيم المواطنة  لدى طفل الروضة ، کذلک أسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية البرنامج القائم على فنون الأداء، وحقوق الطفل في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطفل ، کذلک أوضحت النتائج دور الأطفال في تعديل واثراء البرنامج عندما اتيح لهم فرص ممارسة حقوقهم في المشارکة وحرية ابداء الراي والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرار ، کما اوضحت تأثير البرنامج في اکساب الأطفال احترام الاخر وفهم قواعد الروضة واحترامها والتعاون والمشارکة الاجتماعية وتحمل المسئولية والنزاهة والايثار والولاء والانتماء وتقدير قيمة العيش في سلام  وغيرها من القيم.
This research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a program based on arts of performance and the Rights of the Child in developing some values of citizenships: freedom of opinion and accepting others’ opinions, justice and equality, respect, obedience, following rules and laws, group work and cooperation, initiation, honesty, bearing responsibility and commitment, saving and consumption, preserving private and public property, tolerance, altruism, community participation and voluntary work, humility, belonging, peace, and loyalty for kindergarten children.
This research was conducted in two stages; the first stage was identifying the reality improving values of citizenships beads on and the Rights of the Child for kindergarten children from kindergarten teachers’ perspectives through administering reality of improving values of citizenships questionnaire (prepared by both researchers) to 120 teachers. Determining the obstacles to developing the values of citizenship and developing a proposed vision for development by organizing (4) focus groups, each group comprising (10) kindergarten teachers
The second stage was administering a program based on arts of performance (theater, handcraft, music, and percussion) and the Rights of the Child over a sample of (62) kindergarten children, level II at the kindergarten of distinguished governmental school, fifth district, 6th October city; (31) experimental and (31) control. Tools of the research were: pictured test of values of citizenships, an observation card of skills and rules of behaviors related to values of citizenships for kindergarten children (prepared by the researchers).
Results revealed the following for developing values of citizenship for kindergarten children from teachers’ perspectives; the necessity of orienting children with rights and duties towards their country, planning for activities targeting developing values of citizenships for children, the importance of the kindergarten administration and supervision’s support for applying these values, developing kindergarten curricula to include activities for developing values of citizenship, the necessity of training kindergarten’s teachers, supervisors and principles to develop values of citizenships for kindergarten children. Results also showed the effectiveness of the program based on the arts of performance and the Rights of the Child in developing values of citizenships for kindergarten children. In addition, results showed the children’s role in modifying and enriching the program when having a chance of practicing their rights of participation and the freedom to express their opinions and contribute in decision-making. They showed as well the program’s effect in acquiring children respecting others, understanding and respecting kindergarten’s rules, cooperation, social participation, bearing responsivities, integrity, altruism, loyalty, belonging, appreciation of value of living peacefully and other values.
