دراسة مقارنة للجامعات الشاملة في کلٍّ من الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والصين وإمکان الإفادة منها في مصر A comparative study of comprehensive universities in the United States of America and China and the possibility of benefiting from it in Egypt

تهدف الدراسة بصورة أساسية إلى الاستفادة من الدراسة المقارنة للجامعات الشاملة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والصين في تطوير الجامعات المصرية.
وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة منهج " جورج بيريداي" بخطواته الأربع: ( الوصف، والتفسير، والمقابلة، والمقارنة )، وسارت الدراسة وفق هذا المنهج في مجموعة من الخطوات بدأت بالإطار العام للدراسة، ثم توضيح الإطار الفکري للجامعات الشاملة في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، ثم تناولت الدراسة أبرز ملامح الجامعات الشاملة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والصين، وتلا ذلک خطوة التحليل المقارن، والتي تتکون من جزءين: الجزء الأول يشمل المقابلة بين الجامعات الشاملة في دولتي المقارنة للتوصل إلى الفرض الحقيقي للدراسة، والجزء الثاني يتضمن دراسة مقارنة تفسيرية للتوصل إلى أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين دولتي المقارنة في ضوء محاور الدراسة، وتفسيرها في ضوء العلوم الاجتماعية؛ للتأکد من صحة الفرض الحقيقي للدراسة، ثم اتجهت الدراسة بعد ذلک إلى تحليل واقع الجهود المصرية المبذولة في تطوير الجامعات المصرية في ضوء مفهوم الجامعات الشاملة، وتضمنت الخطوة الأخيرة الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير الجامعات المصرية في ضوء الاستفادة من الدارسة المقارنة للجامعات الشاملة بالولايات المتحدة الأمريکية والصين مع مراعاة السياق الثقافي المصري. 
The study aims mainly to benefit from the comparative study of comprehensive universities in the United States of America and China in developing Egyptian universities. In order to achieve this goal, the study used " George Bereday" approach with its four steps (description, interpretation, Juxtaposition, and comparison) ,The study proceeded according to this approach in a set of steps, starting with the general framework of the study, then clarifying the theoretical framework of comprehensive universities in contemporary educational literature Then the study presented the most prominent features of comprehensive universities in the United States of America and China, followed by a comparative analysis step, which consists of two parts: , The first part includes the juxtaposition between the comprehensive universities in the two countries of comparison to determine the real hypothesis of the study , And the second part includes an explanatory comparative study to determine the similarities and differences between the two countries of comparison in light of the study axes and the interpretation of this in the light of social sciences to ensure the validity of the true hypothesis of the study. The study then proceeded to analyze the reality of the Egyptian efforts exerted in the development of Egyptian universities in light of the concept of comprehensive universities, and the last step included the proposed procedures to develop Egyptian universities in light of benefiting from the comparative study of comprehensive universities in the United States of America and China, taking into account the Egyptian cultural context.
