تطوير الدراسات العليا بکليات التربية في مصر على ضوء أطرها النظرية Development of graduate studies in colleges of education in Egypt In light of its theoretical frameworks

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف الأطر النظرية للدراسات العليا بکليات التربية في مصر، وذلک من خلال تحديد مفهومها وأهدافها وأهميتها وخصائصها وطبيعتها ونشأتها والوقوف على أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجهها ، وصولا لتقديم بعض المقترحات التي يمکن التي تُساهم في تطويرها .
ويعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي، بما يشتمل عليه هذا المنهج من خطوات علمية ومنهجية ، تنطلق من مجموعة مقولات أساسية تعد بمثابة الضوابط الحاکمة لعملية التحليل والنقد لجوانب الظاهرة المختلفة ، للخروج بنتائج نظرية حول أبعاد الظاهرة للفت وعي المسئولين بها ، ومحاولة إحداث تغيير وتطوير لذلک الواقع.
وتوصل البحث إلى أن منظومة الدراسات العليا بکليات التربية في مصر تواجه العديد من التحديات والصعوبات ، لعل من أبرزها ما يتعلق بالبحث العلمي وضعف الإنفاق عليه ، وقلة ربطه بمصادر التمويل والتنمية باتخاذ القرار، وهناک ما يتعلق بأعضاء هيئة التدريس وقلة انتظام عمليات التوجيه والارشاد الاکاديمي للطلاب ، مما يفقد البحث العلمي مصداقيته ، ومنها ما يتعلق بالطالب وضعف مهاراته وإمکاناته البحثية مما يعوق مسيرته في البحث العلمي ، ومنها ما يتعلق بالخدمات التي تقدمها کليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية ، مثل قلة المعلومات والمراجع التي تدعم البحث ، والصعوبات الإدارية البيروقراطية التي تخص تحکيم الأبحاث ونشرها، وصعوبة الحصول على أمر تسهيل المهمة عند التطبيق الميداني.
وقد قدم البحث بمجموعة من المقترحات التي يمکن أن تسهم في تطوير الدراسات العليا بکليات التربية في مصر .
The current research aims to identify the theoretical frameworks for graduate studies in colleges of education in Egypt, by defining its concept, goals, importance, characteristics, nature and origin and identifying the most important challenges and obstacles facing it, all the way up to present some suggestions that can contribute to its development.
This research relies on the descriptive approach, including the scientific and methodological steps involved in this approach, starting from a set of basic categories that serve as the governing controls for the process of analysis and criticism of various aspects of the phenomenon, to produce theoretical results about the dimensions of the phenomenon to draw the awareness of officials in it, and try to make a change and develop that reality .
The research found that the system of graduate studies in colleges of education in Egypt faces many challenges and difficulties, perhaps the most prominent of which is related to scientific research and weak spending on it, the lack of linking it to sources of finance and development in decision-making, and there are matters related to faculty members and the lack of regularity of academic guidance and guidance for students, What loses scientific research credibility, including what relates to the student and the weakness of his skills and research capabilities, which impedes his career in scientific research, including what relates to services provided by colleges of education in Egyptian universities, such as the lack of information and references that support research, and bureaucratic administrative difficulties related to arbitration and publication of research, and the difficulty Obtaining a task facilitation order in field application.
The research presented a set of proposals that can contribute to the development of graduate studies in colleges of education in Egypt.
