تطوير التعليم العالي في مصر في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة

هدف هذا البحث الي التعرف على دواعي تطوير التعليم العالي وبعض النماذج لها، والتعرف علي واقع التعليم العالي في مصر، کما هدف الي الاستفادة من الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في تطوير التعليم العالي فى مصر، وکذلک التوصل الى مجموعة من المقترحات لتطوير التعليم العالي في مصر، واتبع البحثالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والذي يمکن من خلاله تحليل الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في تطوير التعليم العالي وتم الخروج بمجموعة من المقترحات، تمثلت في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي بالتعليم العالي والاهتمام بنشر ثقافة الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وايضا التعرف ﻋﻠﻰ جوانب القوة وتطويرها وجوانب الضعف بالمؤسسة وتقديم علاج لها وکذلک تطوير استراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ للتحسين المستمر للجودة وانشاء نظام لضمان الجودة داعما لتعزيز الجودة وعمليات التنظيم الذاتي في المستوى المؤسسي، بالاضافة الي الالتزام بتنفيذ الخطة عن طريق إشراک جميع أجزاء المنظمة والافراد في التطوير، وتعزيز مشارکة أصحاب المصالح والجهات المعنية في خطة التطوير والتنفيذ
The purpose of this research is to identify the reasons for the development of higher education and some models for it, to learn about the reality of higher education in Egypt and to benefit from the contemporary global trends in the development of higher education in Egypt and to reach a set of proposals for the development of higher education in Egypt. The research followed the analytical descriptive approach, in which it is possible to analyze the contemporary global trends in the development of higher education. A number of proposals were put forward. These included improving the institutional performance of higher education, promoting the culture of quality in higher education institutions, and identifying and developing strengths and weaknesses of the institution. As well as the development of a strategy for continuous improvement of quality and the establishment of a quality assurance system supporting the promotion of quality and processes of self-regulation at the institutional level, in addition to the commitment to implement the plan by involving all parts of the organization and individuals in Development, and enhanced participation of stakeholders in the development and implementation plan
