تطوير أداء القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة أسوان في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة الحرباء- إجراءات مقترحة. Developing the performance of academic leaders at Aswan University in light of the dimensions of the chameleon organization - proposed measures

     يهدف البحث إلى تطوير أداء القيادات الأكاديمية (العمداء، الوكلاء، رؤساء الأقسام) بجامعة أسوان في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة الحرباء، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاستعانة باستبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (280) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة بنسبة (30 %) تقريبًا من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي للبحث، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن أن واقع أداء القيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعة في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة الحرباء كان متوسطًا، حيث حصل على متوسط حسابي قدره (1.73) بانحراف معياري قدره (0.54)، وأن واقع أدائهم في ضوء بعد امتلاك المرونة التامة جاء في المرتبة الأولى، يليه بعد القدرة على التنقل ومراقبة البيئة، ثم بعد المناعة التنظيمية، يليه بعد القدرة على التناسخ، وأخيرًا جاء بعد القدرة على تحقيق المفاجأة في المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة، وفي ضوء ذلك يقترح البحث عددًا من الإجراءات، منها؛ بضرورة تحديث برامج التنمية المهنية المقدمة للقيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعة في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة الحرباء، بالإضافة إلى عقد منتدى سنوي تقوم من خلاله القيادات الأكاديمية بعرض التجارب الناجحة الداخلية أو الخارجية التي تم تطبيقها، فضلًا عن إنشاء منصة إلكترونية لتقديم الأفكار التطويرية الغير مألوفة، وتشجيع القيادات الأكاديمية على تنفيذ المناسب منها.
     The study aims to develop the performance of academic leaders (deans, vice-deans, and heads of departments) at Aswan University in light of the dimensions of the Chameleon Organization. The descriptive method was adopted, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 280 faculty members, representing approximately 30% of the total research population.
     The findings revealed that the overall performance of academic leaders at the university, in light of the Chameleon Organization dimensions, was moderate, with a mean score of 1.73 and a standard deviation of 0.54. The dimension of possessing full flexibility ranked first, followed by mobility and environmental monitoring, then organizational immunity, replication ability, and finally, the ability to create surprise, which came in fifth and last place.
     In light of these findings, the study proposes several actions, including: updating professional development programs offered to academic leaders based on the dimensions of the Chameleon Organization; organizing an annual forum through which academic leaders present successful internal and external practices; and establishing an electronic platform for submitting innovative developmental ideas and encouraging leaders to implement the most suitable ones.
