المستخلص

أدت التطورات التكنولوجية والانفتاح العالمي  إلى ظهور بعض المشكلات  المتعلقة بالتفاهم والاحترام المتبادل، بين جيل رقائق الثلج والأجيال السابقة، حيث اختلاف  احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم عن الأجيال السابقة، وكذلك أساليب تفكيرهم من حيث المأكل والملبس والمشرب، فضلا عن نظرتهم المختلفة للحياة، واختلافهم عن الأجيال السابقة واعتراضهم كثيرا عليهم، وبالتالي تنشأ الفجوة الثقافية بين أفراد هذا الجيل والأجيال السابقة عليه ، ويتسم هذا الجيل بالحساسية المفرطة، وسرعة الغضب، والانزعاج من الاختلاف معه في تفكيره أو الاعتراض عليه، ومن تنشأ فجوة بينه وبين الأجيال السابقة، ومن ثم هدف البحث الحالي لوضع  مجموعة من الأسس والعوامل التي تساعد على تفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية في جسر الفجوة الثقافية بين جيل رقائق الثلج والأجيال السابقة، فضلا عن استثمار قدرات جيل رقائق الثلج في استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مساعدة الأجيال السابقة، لاستخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة، وبخاصة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتوصل البحث الحالي لمجموعة من المقترحات لجسر هذه الفجوة مثل: الاحترام المتبادل بين جيل رقائق الثلج والأجيال السابقة؛ بمعنى أن يحترم كل منهما آراء الآخر ويقدر تجاربه الحياتية، ضرورة توعية الآباء عبر برامج الإعلام المختلفة، وحثهم على تعلم التقنية والاطلاع على استخداماتها لفهم عالم الأبناء والتواصل معهم، برامج التوجيه الأكاديمي التي تربط الطلاب الشباب بالخريجين الأكبر سنًا للاستفادة من خبراتهم.
Technological developments and global openness have led to the emergence of some problems related to understanding and mutual respect between the Snowflake Generation and previous generations, as their needs and requirements differ from previous generations, as well as their ways of thinking in terms of food, clothing and drink, in addition to their different outlook on life, and their difference from previous generations and their frequent objections to them, and thus a cultural gap arises between the members of this generation and previous generations, and this generation is characterized by excessive sensitivity, quick anger, and annoyance at disagreement with it in its thinking or objection to it, and a gap arises between it and previous generations, and then the goal of the current research is to establish a set of foundations and factors that help activate the role of educational institutions in bridging the cultural gap between the Snowflake Generation and previous generations, in addition to investing the capabilities of the Snowflake Generation in using modern technology to help previous generations to use modern technological media, especially social networking sites, and the current research reached a set of proposals to bridge this gap, such as: mutual respect between the Snowflake Generation and previous generations; Meaning that each of them respects the other’s opinions and appreciates his life experiences, the necessity of educating parents through various media programs, and urging them to learn technology and learn about its uses to understand the world of their children and communicate with them, academic guidance programs that connect young students with older graduates to benefit from their experiences.
