يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المعتمدة على المشروعات في تنمية المهارات العملية (انتاج بنطلون رجالى كلاسيكي) لــدى طالبات المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية المهنية تخصص الملابس الجاهزة، ، حيث اعتمد البحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتمثلت العينة في مجموعة قوامها (60) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية الصناعية المهنية تخصص الملابس الجاهزة  الصف الثاني بمدرسة كوم حمادة الفنية بنات، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وتقسيمهم إلي مجموعتين ( مجموعة تجريبية تدرس من خلال استراتيجية التعلم المعتمدة على المشروعات، ومجموعة ضابطة تدرس بالطريقة التقليدية)، وكانت أدوات البحث (بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى لقياس نمو المهارات العملية لدي الطالبات في تنفيذ قميص رجالى كلاسيكي )، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى نتائج وجود : 
1- فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مسـتوي دلاله (05‚0) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية
في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى لصــالح التطبيـق البــعدي" . 
2- فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي دلاله(01‚0)بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعتين التجريبية
والضابطة فــي التطـبيق البعــدي لبطـاقة مـلاحظة المهــارات العملية لصالح التجريبية".
     وقد أثبتت النتائج فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المعتمدة على المشروعات في تنمية المھارات العملية، لدى طالبات المدرسة الثـانوية الصناعيـــة المهنيـة تخصص الملابس الجاهزة. 
The research aims to reveal the effectiveness of the project-based learning strategy in developing practical skills (production of classic men's trousers) among female students of the industrial vocational secondary school, specializing in ready-made clothes. The research relied on the quasi-experimental approach, and the sample consisted of a group of (60) female students from the industrial vocational secondary school, specializing in ready-made clothes, second grade, at Kom Hamada Technical School for Girls, They were randomly selected and divided into two groups (an experimental group taught through the project-based learning strategy, and a control group taught in the traditional way). The research tools were (a skill performance observation card to measure the development of practical skills among female students in implementing a classic men’s shirt). The researcher reached the following results: 
1- Statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the pre- and post-application of the skill performance observation card in favor of the post-application.
2- Statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-application of the practical skills observation card in favor of the experimental group.
The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the project-based learning strategy in developing practical skills among female students of the industrial vocational secondary school, specializing in ready-made garments.
