هدف البحث لتطوير دور القطاع غير الربحي في تعزيز القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء رؤية 2030 (جمعية سنن التعليمية بالقصيم أنموذجا)، من خلال دراسة الواقع والمعوقات لدور الجمعية، ثم بناء رؤية مقترحة لتطوير هذا الدور، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: أن واقع دور القطاع غير الربحي في تعزيز القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين في ضوء رؤية 2030 (جمعية سنن التعليمية بالقصيم أنموذجا) جاء متحققا بدرجة كبيرة، كما أن معوقات دور القطاع غير الربحي في تعزيز القيم الخلقية لدى المستفيدين في ضوء رؤية 2030 (جمعية سنن التعليمية بالقصيم أنموذجا) جاء متحققا بدرجة متوسطة، ومن أبرز القيم الخلقية التي تعززها جمعية سنن التعليمية بالقصيم لدى طلابها: التفاؤل، ومن أهم المعوقات لدى جمعية سنن التعليمية بالقصيم التي تحول دون تعزيز القيم الخلقية لدى الطلاب: قلة الحوافز المادية المقدمة للطلاب.
The study aimed to develop the role of the non-profit sector in promoting moral values among beneficiaries from their point of view in light of Vision 2030 (Sunan Educational Association in Qassim as a model), by studying the reality and obstacles to the association’s role, then building a proposed vision for developing this role.
The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the most prominent results of the research were the following:
- The reality of the role of the non-profit sector in promoting moral values among beneficiaries in light of Vision 2030 (Sunan Educational Society in Qassim as a model)  has been achieved to a large extent.
- The obstacles to the role of the non-profit sector in promoting moral values among beneficiaries in light of Vision 2030 (Sunan Educational Society in Qassim as a model) were achieved to a moderate degree.
One of the most prominent moral values that the Sunan Educational Association in Qassim promotes among its students is optimism.
One of the most important obstacles faced by the Sunan Educational Association in Al-Qassim that prevents the promotion of moral values among students is the lack of financial incentives provided to students.
