تلعب الموسيقى دوراً كبيراً في حياتنا الثقافية وخاصة في حياة الأطفال ونشأتهم ،وتتنوع الموسيقى من حيث الأداء والأنواع والآلات وغيرها، وتعتبر جزء لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية فالموسيقى تساعد الأطفال ففي العديد من الأمور في حياتهم وتساعد في سرعة نموهم وتحسين وظائف المخ والدماغ ككل حيث أفادت التجارب العلمية التى تم إجراؤها على العديد من الأطفال أن سماع الموسيقى وتكرار الأغاني وحفظها يؤدى إلى المساعدة على تقوية الذاكرة والحفظ وتعلم الأصوات والكلمات المختلفة ويعتبر العزف على الآلآت الموسيقية المختلفة من الأمور التى تساعد على تحسين القدرات العضلية والعقلية وتزيد من مهارات الطفل في التحكم وفي الإحساس والسماع ، وتعتبر معلمة رياض الأطفال من الشخصيات الرئيسية التى يتعامل معها الطفل ويتأثر بها وتؤثر في تشكيل وعيه وتوجيه سلوكه فمعلمة "رياض الأطفال" هى العمود الفقري وتشكل الدور المركزي في تحقيق التربية السليمة بما تملكه من قدرات وإمكانيات خلاقة وقدرة على إستمرار وإكتشاف الطفل وطاقاته الداخلية، لذلك يجب أن تكون الطالبة المعلمة ماهرة ومعدة إعدادآ أكاديميا وتربويا وخاصة أثناء دراستها بحيث تكون ملمة بالقضايا الهامة التى تؤثر في الطفل، لذا يلزم من القائمين على إعداد معلمات "رياض الأطفال" قبل الخدمه وبعدها تنمية مهاراتهن في معظم الأنشطة الموسيقية وخاصة الإيقاعات المصاحبة والضروب العربية المستخدمة لأغاني الأطفال.
Music plays a significant role in our cultural life, especially in the lives of children and their upbringing. Music varies in terms of performance, types, instruments, and others. It is an integral part of our daily lives. Music helps children in many aspects of their lives and contributes to their rapid growth and the improvement of their brain functions as a whole. Scientific experiments conducted on many children have shown that listening to music, repeating and memorizing songs helps to strengthen memory and memorization, and learn different sounds and words. Playing different musical instruments helps improve muscular and mental abilities and increases the child's skills in control, feeling, and hearing.
The kindergarten teacher is one of the main characters that the child interacts with and is affected by. She affects the formation of the child's consciousness and guides his behavior. The kindergarten teacher is the backbone and plays a central role in achieving sound upbringing with her creative abilities and potential and her ability to continue and discover the child and his internal energies. Therefore, the student teacher must be skilled and prepared academically and educationally, especially during her studies, so that she is familiar with the important issues that affect the child. Therefore, it is necessary for those responsible for preparing kindergarten teachers before and after service to develop their skills in most musical activities, especially the accompanying rhythms and Arabic beats used in children's songs.
