النمذجة البنائية للعلاقات بين المساندة الاجتماعية والاندماج والحماس الأكاديمي والقيادة الإيجابية لدى الطلاب المشاركين بالأنشطة الطلابية بجامعة حلوان

هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء نموذج للعلاقات السببية بين المساندة الاجتماعية والاندماج والحماس الأكاديمي والقيادة الإيجابية لدي عينة من الطلاب المشاركين في الأنشطة الاجتماعية بجامعة حلوان، والتحقق من ملائمة هذا النموذج لبيانات عينة البحث، وذلك على عينة من طلبة جامعة حلوان، يتمثل عددهم(180)طالبا وطالبة، بمتوسط عمري(20,83)سنة وانحراف معياري(2,3)، وقد تم تطبيق الأدوات التالية: مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية من إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس الاندماج الأكاديمي إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس الحماس الأكاديمي إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس القيادة الإيجابية إعداد/ الباحثتان، كما تم استخدام تحليل المسار للتحقق من صحة الفروض؛ وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث الحالي عن ملائمة النموذج المقترح لطبيعة بيانات عينة البحث، وكذلك وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للمساندة الاجتماعية بأبعادها الفرعية في القيادة الإيجابية. وأيضا وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للمساندة الاجتماعية بأبعادها الفرعية في الاندماج والحماس الأكاديمي بأبعاده الفرعية. وكذلك وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للقيادة الإيجابية في الاندماج والحماس الأكاديمي بأبعاده الفرعية. بالإضافة إلى وجود  تأثير توسطي "غير مباشر" دال إحصائيا للمساندة الاجتماعية بأبعادها الفرعية في الاندماج والحماس الأكاديمي بأبعاده الفرعية وذلك من خلال تأثيرها في القيادة الإيجابية. وفسرت النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة.  
 
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to build a model of the causal relationships between social support, integration, academic enthusiasm, and positive leadership among a sample of students participating in social activities at Helwan University, and to verify the suitability of this model for the data of the research sample, on a sample of Helwan University students () of students with an average age ()and a standard deviation(), the following tools were applied: the social support scale prepared by the two researchers, the academic integration scale prepared by the two researchers, the academic enthusiasm scale prepared by the two researchers, the positive leadership scale prepared by the two researchers, and the path analysis was used, to validate assumptions;  The results of the current research revealed the suitability of the proposed model to the nature of the data of the research sample, as well as the existence of a direct, statistically significant effect of social support in its sub-dimensions on positive leadership.  There is also a direct, statistically significant effect of social support in its sub-dimensions on integration and academic enthusiasm in its sub-dimensions.  There is also a statistically significant direct effect of positive leadership in integration and academic enthusiasm in its sub-dimensions.  In addition, there was an "indirect" statistically significant mediating effect of social support in its sub-dimensions in integration and academic enthusiasm in its sub-dimensions, through its impact on positive leadership.  The results were interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies.
