تصميم بيئة تعلم افتراضية قائمة علي نموذج التصميم التحفيزي الموسع ARCS-V لتحقيق الكفاءات الذاتية المدركة في إنجاز دراسات جدوي مشروعات الأثاث الخشبي وأثرها علي الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل الحر لدي خريجي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي.

هدف البحث الحالي إلي تصميم بيئة تعلم افتراضية قائمة علي نموذج التصميم التحفيزي الموسع ARCS-V وقياس فعاليتها في تحقيق الكفاءات الذاتية المدركة لإنجاز دراسات جدوي مشروعات الأثاث الخشبي لدي خريجي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، وقياس أثر بيئة التعلم الإفتراضية المقترحة علي الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل الحر لدي عينة قوامها 69 خريجًا من خريجي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي تخصص نجارة الأثاث بمحافظة القاهرة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد اختبار مواقف دراسات جدوي مشروعات الأثاث الخشبي الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، ومقياس الكفاءات الذاتية المدركة، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل الحر، وتطبيقهم قبليًا وبعديًا بعد التأكد من صدقهم وثباتهم، وتوصلت النتائج إلي وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي لأدوات البحث، ووجود معامل إرتباط موجب مرتفع دال إحصائيًا في التطبيق البعدي لأدوات البحث، ومن أهم التوصيات تصميم دليل إلكتروني لإنجاز دراسات جدوي المشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر لخريجي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، الذي يسهم في تنمية مستوي كفاءاتهم الذاتية نحو إقامة مشروعات صغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، وتحقيق اتجاه إيجابي لديهم نحو سوق العمل الحر.
The aim of the current research is to design a virtual learning environment based on the expanded motivational design model ARCS-V and measure its effectiveness in achieving perceived self-efficiencies for the completion of feasibility studies of wooden furniture projects for graduates of industrial secondary education, and measure the impact of the proposed virtual learning environment on the trend towards the free labor market for a sample. It consisted of 69 graduates from industrial secondary education majoring in furniture carpentry in Cairo Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach with one group, To achieve the objectives of the research, a test of situations of feasibility studies of small and micro-wooden furniture projects, a measure of perceived self-efficiency, and a measure of the attitude towards the self-employment market were prepared, and applied before and after after confirming their validity and stability, and the results concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) in favor of The post-application of the research tools, and the presence of a statistically significant high positive correlation coefficient in the post-application of the research tools, and among the most important recommendations is the design of an electronic guide for the completion of feasibility studies of small and micro projects for graduates of industrial secondary education, which contributes to the development of their level of self-efficiency towards the establishment of small and micro projects, And achieve a positive trend for them towards the free labor market.
