آليات مقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة الطفل في تربية الأطفال الموهوبين بمصر في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول الأجنبية Proposed Mechanisms to Activate the Role of the Children's University in Gifted Children Education in Egypt in the Light of the Experiences of Some Foreign Countries

      تهدف الدراسة إلى التوصل لبعض الآليات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور جامعة الطفل في تربية الأطفال الموهوبين بمصر في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول الأجنبية، وذلك من خلال عرض دور جامعة الطفل ببعض الدول الأجنبية من خلال بعض المحاور والتي تتمثل في: أهداف جامعة الطفل، وشروط الالتحاق بها، ووجهات التعلم التي توفرها، والتخصصات والمقررات، بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال جامعة الطفل، ولقد اقتصرت الدراسة على تناول كل من جامعة ويكفيلد للأطفال في إنجلترا، وجامعة فيينا للأطفال في النمسا، وجامعة أوزاى جونسل للأطفال في قبرص الشمالية، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج جورج بيريداى، وتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج منها: تنوع الأهداف التي تسعى إليها جامعة الطفل، وتميز هذه الأهداف بأنها أكثر ارتباطًا بالواقع، وأكثر قدرة على الكشف عن قدرات الأطفال الموهوبين ، وتنوع وجهات التعلم التي تعتمد عليها جامعة الطفل وعدم الاقتصار على مرافق الجامعة فقط وذلك من خلال تدعيم الصلة بين الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع المحيط بها، وتعدد التخصصات وتنوع الأنشطة المتاحة للأطفال مما يوفر فرص تعليمية وأنشطة ومشروعات تتلاءم مع مواهب الأطفال مما يسهم في اكتشاف طموحاتهم ومواهبهم وتنمية مهاراتهم الشخصية ومن ثم إعدادهم لمواجهة التحديات المستقبلية بعيدًا عن الشكل التقليدي الذي يتم في الفصول الدراسية.
       The study aims to find some mechanisms that contribute to activate the role of the Children's University in gifted children education in Egypt in the light of the experiences of some foreign countries , This is done by presenting the role of the Children’s University in some foreign countries through some axes which are: the goals of the Children’s University, the conditions for joining it, the learning destinations it provides, the specializations and courses, in addition to the activities that take place through the Children’s University , The study was limited to each of Wakefield Children’s University in England, Vienna Children’s University in Austria, and Ozay Günsel Children University in Northern Cyprus , The study used  George Bereday approach, The study reached many results, including: The diversity of the goals pursued by the Children’s University  and these goals are distinguished by being more closely related to reality, and more capable of revealing the abilities of gifted children, and the diversity of learning destinations on which the Children's University relies and not being limited to the university facilities only, by strengthening The link between the university and the institutions of the surrounding community, the multiplicity of disciplines and the diversity of activities available to children, which provides educational opportunities, activities and projects that are compatible with the talents of children, which contributes to discovering their aspirations and talents and developing their personal skills and then preparing them to face future challenges away from the traditional form that takes place in the classroom
