هدف البحث الحالى إلى تحديد بعض مهارات الاستماع للغة الإنجليزية التى يجب تنميتها لدى طفل الروضة، والمرتبطة بمنهج (Connect Plus) للمستوى الثانى برياض الأطفال، كما هدف إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لمجموعة من الأنشطة القصصية لتنمية هذه المهارات، من خلال القصص المتضمنة فى منهج اللغة الإنجليزية Connect Plus)) المستوى الثانى.
          وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بالاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة وتحليل محتوى القصص المتضمنة فى المنهج، بالإضافة إلى التجربة الاستطلاعية، وذلك لإعداد قائمة بمهارات الاستماع، ومجموعة من الأنشطة القصصية فى ضوء قائمة مهارات الاستماع والقصص المتضمنة فى المنهج، وتم عرض قائمة مهارات الاستماع والأنشطة القصصية على المختصين فى مناهج وطرق تدريس رياض الأطفال، وفى ضوء ذلك قدمت الباحثة قائمة بمهارات الاستماع للغة الانجليزية التى يجب تنميتها لدى طفل الروضة، كما قدمت تصورا مقترحا لمجموعة من الأنشطة القصصية لتنمية هذه المهارات من خلال القصص المتضمنة فى منهج اللغة الإنجليزية (Connect Plus) المستوى الثانى.
The current research aimed to identify listening skills in English that should be developed for a kindergarten child and related to the Connect Plus curriculum at the second level of kindergarten. It also aimed to provide a suggested proposal for a group of story activities to develop these skills through the stories that are included in English Language Curriculum (Connect Plus) at the second level.
In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher reviewed the previous studies, analyzed the stories that are included in the curriculum, and conducted a survey experiment to prepare a list of listening skills and a group of story activities according to that list and the stories. The list of listening skills and the story activities were presented to specialists in curriculum and methods of teaching kindergarten. In light of this, the researcher presented a list of listening skills that should be developed for the kindergarten child. She also presented a suggested proposal for a group of story activities to develop these skills through the stories that are included in the English Language Curriculum (Connect Plus) at the second level.
