تفعيل العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعات المصرية على ضوء بعض الخبرات الأجنبية

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على البنية الفكرية للعمل التطوعي من منظور الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، والوقوف على أهم الجهود المصرية في العمل التطوعي والقوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة، وأهم الخبرات الدولية في مجال العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعات، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن من خلال إجراء الدراسة التفسيرية المقارنة بين الخبرة المصرية والخبرات الدولية (جامعة بانجور ببريطانيا، وجامعة إيفانسفيل بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإتجاهات الحديثة لتنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعات, تتطلب العمل على تدعيم الجهود القومية للمتطوعين والأنشطة التطوعية على مستويين؛ هما: مستوى منهجي؛ حيث تتضمن الأعمال والأنشطة التطوعية كجزء أساسي في المقررات الدراسية الأكاديمية؛ ومستوى غير منهجي؛ يتضمن مشاركة الطلاب في الخدمات المجتمعية خارج أسوار الجامعة برقابة واشراف من إدارة الجامعة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم وضع آليات مقترحة لتفعيل العمل التطوعي لطلاب الجامعات المصرية في ضوء بعض الخبرات الأجنبية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالعمل التطوعي وترسيخه كمفهوم وممارسة في أذهان الطلاب كسلوك وثقافة في خدمة مجتمع الجامعة الداخلي والخارجي وتوسيع مجالاته والتنوع في مناشطة وبرامجه، وأن تقوم الجامعات المصرية بوضع خطة محددة الأهداف لتطوير برامج العمل التطوعي لدى الطلاب.
The study aimed to identify the intellectual structure of voluntary work from the perspective of contemporary educational literature, and to identify the most important Egyptian efforts in voluntary work, the influencing cultural forces and factors, and the most important international experiences in the field of voluntary work among university students. Egyptian experience and international experiences ( University College of North Wales in Britain, University of Evansville in United States of America), and the study concluded that modern trends to develop a culture of voluntary work among university students require work to support the national efforts of volunteers and volunteer activities on two levels; They are: a systematic level; Where works and volunteer activities are included as an essential part of academic courses; extracurricular level; It includes the participation of students in community services outside the walls of the university under the control and supervision of the university administration. In light of the results of the study, proposed mechanisms were put in place to activate volunteer work for Egyptian university students in the light of some foreign experiences. Serving the internal and external university community, expanding its fields and diversity in its activities and programs, and for Egyptian universities to develop a plan with specific goals to develop volunteer work programs among students.
