المستخلص

 تناول البحث الأبعاد الفلسفية والتاريخية للتنشئة السياسية على ضوء تطور الفكر السياسي في العصور الوسطى وبداية العصر الحديث من خلال محورين أساسيين :
- استعراض أهم المسلمات السياسية والاجتماعية في الأديان السماوية (الإسلام والمسيحية) والتي تمثل أبعاداً متكاملة ومتناسقة للتنشئة السياسية والاجتماعية للنشء والشباب , يجب إحيائها والسير على هديها لبناء شخصيات سوية تحقق النفع لنفسها ومجتمها أيضا.
- إبراز السياق التاريخي المُكرِس للفجوة بين الفكر والتطبيق في حقل التنشئة السياسية ؛ كونه يبرز الفكر السياسي في عصر النهضة الأوروبية  بوصفه السياق التاريخي لإرهاصات الفكر السياسي االحديث وما يتضمنه من قيم سياسية واجتماعية تمثل مضامين موجِهة لعملية التنشئة السياسية.
وقد توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج منها ما يلي :
- الرسالات السماوية ممنهجة شاملة معالجة لحياة الإنسان بكافة جوانبها عكس الفكر الإنساني الذي يعتريه النقص بسبب طبيعة مصدره .
- أقرت الشريعة الإسلامية المبادئ الخاصة بحقوق الإنسان وواجباته تجاه نفسه والآخرين بشكل مفصل. 
- القيم السياسية لها ثلاثة أبعاد على الصعيد الإجرائي : القيمة كمبدأ ناظم للوجود السياسي, القيمة كنظام متجسد في أعراف وأُطر مؤسسية , والقيمة على صعيد الممارسة .
- القيم السياسية المتضمنة في الإسلام هي قيم متسقة في أبعادها الثلاثة وبالتالي هي قابلة للتفعيل الحقيقي في المجتمع .
- يتم بناء مفهوم القيم السياسية - من المنظور الإسلامي –  في النسق المعرفي للفرد- من خلال محاور الرؤية المعيارية الإسلامية بأبعادها الخمسة : العقيدة السياسية , التخطيط السياسي , الفكر والنشاط السياسي , والتنبؤ السياسي ، والترشيد السياسي ..
- التنشئة السياسية في الإسلام ليست فقط لترسيخ القيم والمثل وإنما تدعم وتساند وتشدد على التغيير عند مخالفة النظام السياسي أو الحكام القيم السياسية المنشودة . 
Summary
The research dealt with the philosophical and historical dimensions of political socialization in the light of the development of political thought in the Middle Ages and the beginning of the modern era through two main axes :
- A review of the most important political and social postulates in the monotheistic religions (Islam and Christianity), which represent integrated and harmonious dimensions of the political and social upbringing of young people and youth.
- To highlight the historical context devoted to the gap between thought and practice in the field of political Socialization; It highlights political thought in the European Renaissance as the historical context for the precursors of modern political thought and the political and social values it contains, which represent guiding implications for an political Socialization process.
The research reached a set of results, including the following :
- The divine messages are a comprehensive approach to human life in all its aspects, in contrast to human thought, which suffers from deficiency due to the nature of its source.
- The Islamic Sharia has approved the principles of human rights and duties towards oneself and others in detail. 
- Political values have three dimensions at the procedural level: value as a regulating principle of political existence, value as a system embodied in institutional norms and frameworks, and value at the level of practice.
- The political values included in Islam are harmonic values in their three dimensions, and therefore they can be truly activated in society.
- The concept of political values - in the Islamic perspective - is built in the individual’s cognitive system through the axes of the Islamic normative vision with its five dimensions: political belief, political planning, political thought and activity, the process of political prediction, and the process of political rationalization.
- Political socialization in Islam is not only to consolidate values and ideals, but rather supports and stresses change when the political system or rulers violate the desired political values.
