الحاضنات التكنولوجية مدخل لتحقيق متطلبات الاقتصاد الأخضر

هدفت الدراسة رصد الواقع الحالي للحاضنات التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية، والوقوف على أهم ملامح الاقتصاد الأخضر بالجامعات، تمهيدًا لوضع التصور المقترح للحاضنات التكنولوجية لتحقيق متطلبات الاقتصاد الأخضر، واستخدامت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت استبانة، على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بجامعة( القاهرة، الأزهر، حلوان)، والمقابلة الشخصية، تم تطبيقها على عيتة عشوائية من العاملين بالحاضنات التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية ( القاهرة، الأزهر، حاضنه التبين بحلوان.)؛ لاستطلاع آرائهم في متطلبات تفعيل الحاضنات التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء متطلبات الاقتصاد الاخضر، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى موافقة عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات التربوية، موافقة عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات الإدارية والتنظيمية، وأسفرت نتائج المقابلات الشخصية المفتوحة أنه لابد من التواصل الجاد والفعال بين الجامعة ومؤسسات العمل الإنتاجية، وتقديمها كافة التسهيلات وأوجه الدعم المادي والتمويلي، الذي يساعد في تفعيل الحاضنة لتحقيق متطلبات الاقتصاد الأخضر.
the current study attempted to observe the reality of technological incubators and identify the most important features of the green economy in Egyptian universities, in order to develop a proposed vision for technological incubators to achieve the green economy requirements. The study used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was administered to a group of workers in technological incubators and faculty members in the faculties of education at (Cairo, Al-Azhar, Helwan) universities. In addition, interviews were administered to a random group of workers in technological incubators in Egyptian universities (Cairo, Al-Azhar, Al-Tebbin incubator in Helwan.), to investigate their views on activation requirements of technological incubators in Egyptian universities in the light of the green economy requirements. The study concluded that there was an agreement among study group on the educational, administrative and organizational requirements. Furthermore, the results of open interviews revealed that there is a need for serious and effective communication between the university and productive work institutions by which all facilities and aspects of financial support should be provided in order to activate technological incubators to achieve the requirements of the green economy.
