الذكاء الناجح لدي الأخصائيين النفسيين بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي فى ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية

المستخلص

 تهدف الباحثة من خلال هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الفروق التى تعزى لبعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية (النوع، نوع المدرسة، المرحلة الدراسية، سنوات الخبرة) فى الذكاء الناجح لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (167) من الأخصائيين النفسيين بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي، تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (23-50) سنة، بمتوسط عمري (39.60) وانحراف معياري (7.600)، فى الفصل الدراسى الثانى من العام الدراسى 2021/2020، وأعدت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الناجح، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج تتلخص فى: يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الأخصائيين النفسيين الذكور والإناث في عامل الذكاء العملي فى اتجاه الإناث، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الأخصائيين النفسيين الذكور والإناث فى عامل الذكاء الإبداعي فى اتجاه الذكور، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الأخصائيين النفسيين الذكور والإناث في عامل الذكاء التحليلي فى اتجاه الإناث، لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات الأخصائيين النفسيين الذكور والإناث في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الناجح، عدم وجود فروق تُعزى لاختلاف نوع المدرسة (حكومية، خاصة ) ، وعدم وجود فروق تُعزى لاختلاف المرحلة الدراسية (الإبتدائية، الإعدادية ) ، وتبعاً لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات، من 5 إلى 10 سنوات، أكثر من 10 سنوات) فى الذكاء الناجح .
The researcher aims through this research to reveal the differences attributed to some demographic variables (gender, type of school, school stage, years of experience) in the successful intelligence of psychologists in Primary Education, and the basic research sample consisted of (167) psychologists in Primary Education Their ages ranged between (23-50) years, with an average age of (39.60) and a standard deviation of (7.600), in the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021 The researcher prepared a measure of successful intelligence, and the research reached a number of results summarized in the following: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of male and female psychologists in the factor of practical intelligence in the direction of females, there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of male and female psychologists in the factor of creative intelligence in Attitude of males, there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of male and female psychologists in the analytical intelligence factor in the direction of females, there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of male and female psychologists in the total score of the successful intelligence scale, There are no differences due to the different type of school (public, private), and no differences due to the different school stage (primary, preparatory), and according to the different years of experience (less than 5 years, from 5 to 10 years, more than 10 years) in successful intelligence.
