Objectives: The research aimed to reveal that there is a statistically significant correlation between the students’ grades on the Emotion Management Scale and their grades on the psychosocial conflict scale (at the level of sub-dimensions and the total score).Detecting the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of students on the Emotion Management Scale and its    sub-factors due to gender difference (males – females).Detecting the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of students on the Emotion Management Scale and its   sub-factors due to the difference of education (public– Azhari ).Detecting the absence of statistically significant differences between the average grades of students on the Psychosocial Conflict Scale and its  sub-factors due to the difference of education (public – Azhari ).The Sample: The study sample consisted of (399) male and female students of the preparatory stage, their ages ranged between (12-15 years) with an average age of (13, 03) and a standard deviation of (0,896) in the first term 2021, The researcher made Emotion Management Scale and Psychosocial Conflict Scale. Results: The research reached a number of results, which are summarized in the presence of a negative correlation between the emotion management and the psychosocial conflict, as the study showed that females (from preparatory school students) more able to manage their emotions than males.
