برنامج تدريبي متعدد المداخل لتنمية الجدارات التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي متعدد المداخل لتنمية الجدارات
التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية، وتکونت
عينة البحث من ) 21 ( معلمًا - تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان، ولتحقيق هدف البحث
قامت الباحثة بتحديد الجدارات التدريسية اللازم تنميتها لديهم وتحديد المهارات
المتضمنة بها، وفي ضوء الجدارات )التخطيط، والتدريس، والتقويم( التدريسية
والمهارات المتضمنة بها، تم تصميم البرنامج متعدد المداخل وأدواته وتم ضبطه علميًا،
واستخدمت الباحثة التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة.
ثم قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليًّا، ثم تطبيق الأنشطة، ثم تطبيق أدوات
البحث بعديًّا، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لأدوات البحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث
فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي متعدد المداخل في تنمية الجدارات التدريسية والاتجاه نحو
مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية .
کما أکدت النتائج وجود علاقة موجبة بين الجدارات)التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم(
التدريسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي الزخرفة والإعلان بالمدرسة الثانوية
الصناعية.
This research aims to design a multi-approach training program
to develop the teaching competencies and the direction towards
the teaching profession of the teachers of the industrial secondary
school، and the research sample consisted of (21) teachers specializing
in decoration and advertising، and to achieve the goal of the research،
the researcher identified the teaching competencies needed
to be developed by them and identified the skills included in them،
In light of the teaching competencies (planning، teaching and evaluation)
and the skills involved in it، the multi-approach program and its
tools were designed and scientifically adjusted. The researcher used
the experimental design with one group، when experimenting.
Then the researcher applied the research tools beforehand، then
the activities were applied، then the research tools were applied after
me، and the statistical treatment of the research tools was carried
out، and the results of the research showed the effectiveness
of the multi-entry training program for the development of teaching
competencies and the trend towards the teaching profession of industrial
high school teachers.
The results also confirmed the existence of a positive relationship < br />between the teaching competencies (planning، implementation and
evaluation) and the trend towards the teaching profession of decoration
and advertising teachers in the Industrial Secondary School
