     يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية نمطي التعلم القائم على المشروعات عبر الويب (موجه ذاتيًا- موجه من قبل المعلم) في تنمية مهارات إنتاج البرامج الإذاعية لطلاب کلية التربية والتنظيم الذاتي لديهم، وقد قامت الباحثتان بتقديم المقرر التعليمي الإلکتروني من خلال منصة Teams لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة شعبة تکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية التربية جامعة حلوان وذلک في أطار مقرر تصميم وإنتاج المواد السمعية، وقد تم تطبيق النمطين علي عينة بلغت 30 طالب وطالبة في العام الجامعي 2019/ 2020 کما طبقت الباحثتان أدوات القياس والتي تمثلت في الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم المشروع (البرنامج الإذاعي) للتحقق من تنمية مهارات الإنتاج الإذاعي، کما تم تطبيق مقياس التنظيم الذاتي للتحقق من تنميته لدي الطلاب. وقد توصل البحث إلى فاعلية النمطين في تنمية مهارات إنتاج البرامج الإذاعية والتنظيم الذاتي، کما توصلت نتائج البحث لتفوق نمط التعلم الموجه ذاتيًا على نمط التعلم الموجه من قبل المعلم في کلًا من المتغيرين التابعين .
This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the two modes of project-web based learning (self-directed / teacher- directed) in developing the skills of producing radio programs and self-regulated skills for students of the Education college. 
The two researchers provided the electronic educational course via Microsoft Teams platform for students of the third year, Division of Educational Technology, College of Education, within the Curriculum framework of design and production of audio materials, and the two patterns were applied to a sample of 30 students in the academic year 2019/2020.
The two researchers also applied the measurement tools represented in the achievement test and the project evaluation card (the radio program) to verify the development of radio production skills, and the self-regulation measure was applied to verify its development among students. 
The research found the effectiveness of the two modes in developing the skills of production of radio programs and self- regulation. The results of the research also found the superiority of the self-directed learning pattern over the teacher-directed learning pattern in each of the dependent variables.
