المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الشراکة المجتمعية في إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس بمحافظة الخرج، إضافة لمحاولتها الکشف عن أهم الصعوبات التي تعيق دور الشراکة المجتمعية في إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس بمحافظة الخرج، والتعرف على متطلبات الشراکة المجتمعية في إدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس بمحافظة الخرج تبعا ًللمتغيرات الآتية(المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، المسمى الوظيفي، المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة).
ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الاستبانة ذات المقياس الخماسي کأداة رئيسية للدراسة ولجمع البيانات، ولقد تکون أفراد الدراسة من قادة ووکلاء المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية الحکومية للبنين البالغ عددهم (120) فرداً، نحو49% منهم قادة مدارس، ونحو 51% وکلاء مدارس، موزعين على (48) مدرسة متوسطة حکومية للبنين، و(28) مدرسة ثانوية حکومية للبنين.
"Activating the role of community partnership in crisis management for school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate a proposed concept"
The study aimed to identify the role of community partnership in crisis management from the point of view of school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate, in addition to its attempt to uncover the most important difficulties that hinder the role of community partnership in crisis management from the point of view of school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate, to identify the requirements of community partnership in crisis management from The viewpoint of school leaders in Al-Kharj governorate according to the following variables (academic qualification, specialization, job title, educational stage, years of experience).
To achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and applied the five-scale questionnaire as a main tool for the study and for collecting data. The study population consisted of the study population from the leaders and agents of the governmental intermediate and secondary schools for boys, who numbered (120), about 49% of whom were school leaders, and about 51% were the agents of school leaders. Distributed in (48) governmental middle schools for boys, and (28) governmental secondary schools for boys.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which can be highlighted as follows:
1- The weak role of the media to highlight the role of community partnership in managing school crises.
2- Lack of motivation for community members to engage in community partnership to manage school crises.
3- The excessive administrative burdens on school leaders limit community partnership to manage school crises.
Based on the above results, the researcher recommends the following:
1- A partnership contract between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information to spread the culture of community partnership to manage school crises.
2- Spreading the culture of community partnership for crisis management in all areas and experiences and not just limited to money.
3- Organizing administrative work for school leaders that limit community partnership to manage school crises.
