الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالشفقة بالذات لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة : دراسة سيکومترية – کلينيکية Occupational stress and its relation with self-compassion among special education teachers: A Psychometric- Clinical study

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأبعاد النفسية للشفقة بالذات لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة،والتعرف على مدى إسهام الضغوط المهنية في التنبؤ بالشفقة بالذات لديهم،وکذلک الکشف عن مدى إختلاف البناء النفسي وديناميات الشخصية للحالة الأعلى في الضغوط المهنية والحالة المنخفضة في الضغوط المهنية من منظور الدراسة الکلينيکية ،وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (248) معلم ومعلمة للتربية الخاصة بمحافظة المنيا 133ذکور و115 إناث ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين28-55سنة بمتوسط عمري قدره (58,41) وإنحراف معياري(26,1)، وتم تطبيق مقياس الضغوط المهنية (إعداد/ بيفرلي بوترBeverly,A,Potter,1998 ،تعريب وتقنين/ فرج عبدالقادر والسيد مصطفى ،2010 )، ومقياس الشفقة بالذات (إعداد الباحثة). أما الدراسة الکلينيکية فقد استخدمت لها أدوات:استمارة مقابلة شخصية (إعداد/صلاح مخيمر ،1978)، إختبار ساکس لتکملة الجمل (إعداد/إيمان فوزي،2009)، والمقابلات الکلينيکية الحرة للباحثة مع الحالتين.وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة إرتباطية عکسية دالة إحصائياً بين الضغوط المهنية وأبعاد الشفقة بالذات فضلاً عن إمکانية التنبؤ بالشفقة بالذات لدى أفراد العينة من خلال درجاتهم على مقياس الضغوط المهنية.أما الدراسة الکلينيکية فقد کشفت عن وجود إختلافات في البناء النفسي وديناميات الشخصية بين الحالتين الطرفيتين الأعلى والأقل على مقياس الضغوط المهنية وقد اتفقت النتائج السيکومترية والنتائج الکلينيکية حيث أکدت کل منهما الأخرى.
The current research aims to reveal the relationship between Occupational stress and Psychological dimensions of self-compassion among special education teachers, and to identifying contribution of the Occupational stress in predicting their self- compassion, as well as revealing the difference in the psychological structure and the personal dynamics of the high Occupational stress and the low in the Occupational stress from the perspective of The clinical study, and the research sample consisted of (248) teachers for special education in Minia Governorate, 133 males and 115 females, whose ages ranged between 28-55 years with an average age of (41.58) and a standard deviation (1.26), and the occupational stress scale was applied (prepared by: Beverly Potter Beverly, 1998, Arabization and codification / Faraj Abdel-Qader and Elsyed Mustafa, 2010), and the Self-conpassion Scale (the researcher's preparation). As for the clinical study, tools were used for it: a personal interview form (prepared by: Salah Mekhemer, 1978), the Sachs test to complete sentences (prepared by: Eman Fawzy, 2009), and the researcher's free clinical interviews with the two cases. Statistically between occupational stress and the dimensions of self- compassion, as well as the possibility of predicting self- compassion among the sample members by knowing their scores on the scale of occupational stress. As for the clinical study, it revealed the existence of differences in the psychological structure and personality dynamics between the two cases of the higher and lower on the scale of occupational stress and the psychometric results were in agreement with clinical results as confirmed by each other.
