هدف البحـــث  الحالي الى تصـــميم برنامج إلکتروني قائمــ علـــى المحاکـــاة لتنمية مهـارات اختبار وکشف الأعطال العناصر والدوائر الإلکترونية  لـدى طلاب قسم تکنولوجيا الإلکترونيات بکلية التعليم الصناعي  جامعة حلوان وتکونت عينة البحث من (30) طالب وطالبة ، وأظهـرت نتـائج البحـث علي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوي 0,01 بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح درجاتهم في التطبيق البعدي بعد دراسة البرنامج الإلکتروني القائم على المحاکاة،  کما أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوي 0.01 بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح درجاتهم في التطبيق البعدي  بعد دراسة البرنامج الإلکتروني القائم على المحاکاة . 
The aim of the current research is to design an electronic program based on simulation to develop the skills of testing and detecting faults in electronic components and circuits among students of the Department of Electronics Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education, Helwan University. 01, between the average scores of the students in the pre-application and the post-application of the achievement test in favor of their scores in the post-application who studied in the existing electronic program On simulation, the results of the research also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level 0.01 between the average scores of students in the pre and post application of the observation card in favor of their scores in the post application and those who studied in the electronic program based on simulation
