يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل ثقافة المدرسة وبعض المشکلات المؤثرة فيها، وذلک من خلال تعرف مفهوم ثقافة المدرسة وبعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بمفهوم ثقافة المدرسة، بالإضافة إلى توضيح بعض المشکلات المؤثرة في ثقافة المدرسة کالغش، والدروس الخصوصية، والتنمر المدرسي، واعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بدراسة الثقافة المدرسية السائدة في مختلف المدارس للبحث عن نقاط الضعف فيها وأهم المشکلات السائدة فيها، ومن ثم صياغة برامج محددة تستهدف إيجاد حلول مبتکرة لهذه المشکلات والتغلب على نقاط الضعف.
 
This research aims to analyze the school culture and some of the problems affecting it, by identifying the concept of school culture and some concepts associated with the concept of school culture, in addition to clarifying some of the problems affecting school culture such as cheating, private lessons, and school bullying, and this research depends on the descriptive approach, The research reached a set of proposals, the most important of which is the need to study the prevailing school culture in various schools to search for weaknesses and the most important problems prevailing in them, and then formulate specific programs aimed at finding innovative solutions to these problems and overcoming weaknesses.
