الذکاء الاصطناعي کمدخل لتحويل جامعة الإسکندرية إلى جامعة ذکية (صيغة مقترحة)

يُعد الذکاء الاصطناعي (Artificial Intelligence) أحد فروع العلوم الحديثة للحاسب الآلي؛ والتي تعمل على مُحاکاة عمليات الذکاء التي تتم داخل العقل البشري؛ بحيث يمتلک الحاسوب القدرة على حل المشکلات، واتخاذ القرارات بأسلوبٍ منطقيٍ، وبنفس طريقة تفکير العقل البشري، وهو يهدف إلى: فهم العمليات الذهنية المُعقدة التي يقوم بها العقل البشري، وترجمة هذه العمليات إلى ما يوازيها من عمليات محاسبية تُزيد من قدرة الحاسوب على معالجة المشکلات المُعقدة، کما يهدف إلى: فهم طبيعة الذکاء الإنساني؛ من خلال عمل برامج للحاسب الآلي قادرة على مُحاکاة السلوک الإنساني المُتسم بالذکاء، وهو يهتم بالعمليات المعرفية التي يستخدمها الإنسان في تأدية أعماله المختلفة.
وانطلاقًا من أهمية الجامعات، ودورها في قيادة حرکة تقدم المجتمع، وتطوره، واستجابةً للتطورات التکنولوجية المُتلاحقة؛ ظهر مفهوم "الجامعة الذکية" (Smart University)، والذي يُعد أحد المفاهيم حديثة النشأة، سريعة التطور، والتي ترتکز على توظيف التطبيقات التکنولوجية المختلفة في إدارة الحرم الجامعي، وأداء الوظائف الإدارية، والتعليمية، والبحثية، والخدمية للجامعة عبر شبکة معلومات واتصالات فائقة السرعة؛ مما يُسهم في توفير بيئة تعليمية، وبحثية ذکية، وشاملة، کما يُسهم في ربط الجامعة بمجتمعها الخارجي باستخدام التقنيات الذکية.
لذا: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: تحديد الأسس الفکرية للذکاء الاصطناعي؛      من حيث: (نشأته، وتعريفه، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وخصائصه، وأنواعه)، والتعرف على بعض تطبيقاته التي يُمکن توظيفها في الجامعات، ومُساعدتها على أداء وظائفها الإدارية، والتدريسية، والبحثية، والخدمية، وکذا تحديد طبيعة الجامعات الذکية؛ من حيث: (تعريفها، وأهميتها، وأهدافها، وخصائصها، وسماتها، ومُقوماتها الذکية)، وتحديد أهم المتطلبات اللازم توافرها لتحويل جامعة الإسکندرية إلى جامعة ذکية باستخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي، فضلًا عن التعرف على واقع جامعة الإسکندرية، وأبرز جهودها نحو التحول إلى جامعة ذکية، وأخيرًا: وضع صيغة مقترحة لتحويل جامعة الإسکندرية إلى جامعة ذکية باستخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي. 
وقد استخدمت الدراسة نظراً لطبيعتها، وأهدافها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والذي يعتمد على البحث، والتفسير، والقياس، والتحليل، واشتملت على خمسة مباحث أساسية؛ وهي: المبحث الأول: وتناول: أهم الأسس الفکرية للذکاء الاصطناعي، وبعض تطبيقاته التي يُمکن توظيفها في الجامعات، والمبحث الثاني: وتناول: الأسس الفکرية للجامعات الذکية، وأهم مقوماتها الذکية، وکيف يُمکن إدارتها، والمبحث الثالث: وتناول: أهم متطلبات تحول جامعة الإسکندرية إلى جامعة ذکية باستخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي، والمبحث الرابع: وتناول: أبرز جهود جامعة الإسکندرية نحو التحول إلى جامعة ذکية، والمبحث الخامس: وتناول: ملامح الصيغة المقترحة لتحويل جامعة الإسکندرية إلى جامعة ذکية باستخدام تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي.
Artificial Intelligence is one of the modern branches of computer science. Which simulate human intelligence processes; So that the computer has the ability to solve problems and make decisions in a logical manner. Artificial intelligence aims to: understand the complex mental processes performed by the human mind, understand the nature of human intelligence, and design programs capable of simulating intelligent human behavior.
In view of the importance of universities, and their role in leading the movement of society's progress and development, and in response to the successive technological developments; The concept of "Smart University" has emerged, which is considered one of the modern concepts, which is based on the use of various technological applications in campus management and performing the administrative, educational, research and service functions of the university through a high-speed information and communication network; This contributes to providing a smart and comprehensive educational and research environment, as well as connecting the university with its external community using smart technologies.
The current study aimed to: Defining the most important theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence; In terms of: (definition, importance, objectives, characteristics, and types), identifying some of the applications of artificial intelligence that can be employed in universities, determine the nature of smart universities; In terms of: (definition, importance, objectives, characteristics, and features), and, identifying the most important requirements needed to transform Alexandria University into a smart university using artificial intelligence, identifying The reality of Alexandria University, and its most prominent efforts towards becoming a smart university, and finally: presenting a proposed formula to transform Alexandria University into a smart university using artificial intelligence applications.
 
The study used the descriptive and analytical approach, which depends on research, interpretation, measurement, and analysis. The theoretical framework included five basic topics: The first topic: included the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence, and the most important applications that can be employed that can be employed in universities.The second topic: includedthe theoretical foundations of smart universities. The third topic: included the most important requirements for the transformation of Alexandria University into a smart university using artificial intelligence. The fourth topic: included the efforts of Alexandria University towards transforming into a smart university, and finally; the fifth topic: included a proposed formula to transform Alexandria University into a smart university using artificial intelligence applications.
