      هدف البحث الحالي إلي قياس فاعلية استراتيجيه البنتاجرام في تنمية بعض مهارات التفکير الجغرافي  من خلال تدريس مادة  الدراسات الاجتماعية  لدي تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي ، وذلک من خلال إعادة صياغة وحدة المناخ والنبات الطبيعي  ووحدة الأخطار الطبيعية والبيئية للصف الأول الإعدادي ، الفصل الدراسي الثاني وفقًا لاستراتيجية البنتاجرام، وتکونت عينة البحث من (60 ) تلميذة من تلميذات الصف الأول الإعدادي، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مدرسة الحوامدية الإعدادية  بنات التابعة لمدينة الحوامدية محافظة الجيزة ، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج  الوصفي وذلک في إعداد الإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة ،  والمنهج التجريبي في الجاني التطبيقي للبحث ، وتضمن البحث  قائمة بمهارات التفکير الجغرافي ، وتم إعداد اختبار لقياس مهارات التفکير الجغرافي.
وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي :
- وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات التفکير الجغرافي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
- فاعلية استراتيجية البنتاجرام  في تنمية  بعض مهارات التفکير الجغرافي من خلال تدريس مادة الدراسات الاجتماعية لدي تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي. 
      The purpose of this study was  to know The Effectiveness of pentagram strategy to developing Some  geographical thinking skills by teaching Social Studies for  First-grade   middle school Students, this is done through,reformulating the climate unit,natural vegetation,and the unit of natural and environmental hazards for the First year of  middle school Students, the second semester according pentagram strategy, And the formation  of a research sample of (60) pupils from the first year of middle school ,who Were randomly selected from, AlHawamdiya preparatory girls School , Affiliated to the city of AlHawamdiya, of Giza Governorate, the research used the descriptive approach  in preparing the theoretical framework for research and previous studies and the experimental approach in the applied side of the research , the research included, a List of geographical thinking skills, and a test was prepared to measure, geographical thinking skills.
the research results reached to :
- There  is astatistically significant diference among the mean scores of students in the experimental and control group in the post application,in geographic thinking skills test for the experimental group.
- Effectiveness of the pentagram strategy to developing Some  geographical thinking skills by teaching Social Studies for  First-grade middle school  Students.
