التعليم الدولي بين الهوية الثقافية القومية والتعددية الثقافية: دراسة تحليلية ورؤية نقدية International Education between National Cultural Identity and Multiculturalism: An Analytical Study and Critical Vision

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل ونقد واقع التعليم الدولي بين الهوية الثقافية والتعددية الثقافية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ببعديه التحليلي والنقدى المتمثل في تحليل مفهومي الهوية الثقافية والتعددية الثقافية لطلاب التعليم الدولي، وکذا نقد واقع التعليم الدولي في ضوء مفهوم التعددية الثقافية موضحًا أهم الانعکاسات السلبية والإيجابية للتعددية الثقافية التي يتعرض لها طلاب التعليم الدولي، وتکمن أهم الانعکاسات السلبية في تهديد الهوية الثقافية، في حين أن لها من الانعکاسات الإيجابية ما يجعلها ضرورة لا نستغنى عنها في عصر العولمة، توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق التوازن بين الهوية الثقافية القومية والتعددية الثقافية يقوم على استراتيجية تربوية شاملة للتعليم الدولي تجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة؛ أهم منطلقاتها تبني مفهوم جديد للهوية الثقافية يسمح بالاختلاف الحضاري، والتعدد القيمي، والتنوع الثقافي دون المساس بالثوابت القومية من العقيدة واللغة والتراث الثقافي المصري، وتتضمن مجموعة من المحاور الرئيسة التي تتفاعل سويًا من أجل إعداد أجيال المستقبل في إطار متوازن بين ثقافة المجتمع المصري، والانفتاح على الثقافات الآخرى مما يضفي على  طلاب التعليم الدولي طابع القومية والعالمية. 
The current study aims to analyze and critique the reality of international education between cultural identity and Multiculturalism, and the study followed the critical approach of analyzing the concepts of cultural identity and Multiculturalism for international education students as well as criticism of the reality of international education in the light of the concept of Multiculturalism, explaining the most important negative and positive repercussions of Multiculturalism to which it is exposed Students of international education, and the most important negative repercussions lie in the threat of cultural identity, and just as it has positive repercussions, which makes it an indispensable necessity in the era of globalization, the study reached to develop a proposed vision to achieve a balance between the national cultural identity and multiculturalism based on a distinct educational strategy that includes a comprehensive The international brings together originality and contemporary, its most important premise is the adoption of a new concept of cultural identity that allows civilizational difference, valuable pluralism and cultural diversity without prejudice to the national constants of Egyptian creed, language and cultural heritage, and includes a set of main axes that interact together to prepare future generations in a balanced framework between the culture of society Egyptian, and openness to other cultures, This gives students of international education a national and international character.
