تعددت التحديات العالمية والمحلية التي تجابه البشرية ,خاصة بعد ظهور فيروس کورونا ,والتأکيد على ضرورة مراجعة تأثير الثورة الصناعية الرابعة (الجيل الرابع )على التعليم عامة والجامعي خاصة , وتطوير الجامعات ,لذا هدفت الدراسة التعرف علي الإطار المفاهيمي للثورة الصناعية للجيل الرابع ,والمتطلبات التي فرضتها هذه الثورة على الجامعات عامة والجامعات المصرية خاصة ,تمثلت في بعض المتطلبات:إعادة تعريف الغرض من التعليم ,والتعلم المستمر,والثورة التکنولوجية والمعرفية ,والصناعة وسوق العمل ,والجانب الاجتماعي والعلاقات الإنسانية,لتواکب الجامعات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ,وما يتصل بها من تطبيقات ,وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في تناول موضوع الدراسة ,کما انتهت الدراسة بتقديم رؤية مقترحة لتطوير الجامعات المصرية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية للجيل الرابع . .
There are many global and local challenges facing humanity, especially after the emergence of the Corona virus, and the emphasis on the need to review the impact of the fourth industrial revolution (the fourth generation) on education in general and university in particular, and university development, so the study aimed to identify the conceptual framework of the industrial revolution for the fourth generation, and the requirements imposed by This revolution against universities in general and Egyptian universities in particular, was represented in some requirements: redefining the purpose of education, continuous learning, technological and cognitive revolution, industry and labor market, social aspect and human relations, to keep pace with universities the fourth industrial revolution, and related applications, have been used The researcher described the descriptive approach in dealing with the subject of the study. The study also ended by presenting a proposed vision for the development of Egyptian universities in the light of the requirements of the industrial revolution for the fourth generation
