المستخلص

 هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى (مدى انتشار) التدفق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وکذلک الکشف عن الفروق في التدفق النفسي لديهن على مقياس التدفق النفسي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الحالة الاجتماعية، الخبرة التدريسية، والعمر الزمني).
 
وتکونت عينة البحث من (50) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال اللائي تراوحت أعمارهن الزمنية ما بين (22-40) سنة، بمتوسط عمري (28.48) سنة وانحراف معياري (4.225).
 
وطبقت الباحثة مقياس التدفق النفسي من إعداد آمال باظة (2011).
 
وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين المعلمات المتزوجات وغير المتزوجات على مقياس التدفق النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية، وکذلک عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس التدفق النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية تبعًا لمستوى الخبرة (منخفض-متوسط-مرتفع)، في حين أشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطات درجات المعلمات في بعد " نسيان الذات والزمان والمکان أثناء الانشغال بالعمل " تُعزى للعمر الزمني (25 سنة فأقل، 26-30 سنة، 31 سنة فأکثر).
The research aimed to identify the level (expansion rate) of psychological flow among female kindergarten teachers and to reveal the psychological flow on its scale in the light of some demographic dimensions (marital status teaching years of experience – age).
The research sample consisted of (50) female kindergarten teachers at the age of (22-40) years with an average age of (28,48) years and a sample standard deviation of 4,225.
The researcher used the scale of psychological flow prepared by Dr. Amal Baza (2011).
The results of the study did not show any statistically significant correlation between single and married female kindergarten teachers on the scale of psychological flow and its sub-dimensions.  The results did not also show any statistically significant differences between the average grades of the sample population on the scale of psychological flow and it' sub-dimensions according to the teaching years of experience (low-average-high).
However, the results proved a statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average scores of the female kindergarten teachers in the dimension of (forgetfulness of self, place and time during work) due to age (25 years ad below, 26-30 years, and 31 years and above).
