الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافيةPsychological Burnout among Female Kindergarten Teachers in the light of Some Demographic Variables

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى (مدى انتشار) الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وکذلک الکشف عن الفروق في الاحتراق النفسي لديهن على مقياس الاحتراق النفسي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الحالة الاجتماعية، الخبرة التدريسية، والعمر الزمني)، وذلک بتطبيق مقياس الاحتراق النفسي من أعداد ماسلاش على عينة البحث التي کان قوامها تکونت من (50) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال، وقد تراوحت أعمارهن الزمنية ما بين (22-44) سنة، بمتوسط عمري (30.06) سنة وانحراف معياري (6.416).
 
وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين المعلمات المتزوجات وغير المتزوجات في الاحتراق النفسي، وکذلک عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات المعلمات في الدرجة الکلية لمقياس الاحتراق النفسي وبعدي (الانهاک العاطفي-نقص الشعور بالإنجاز الشخصي) تُعزى لمستوى الخبرة (منخفض، متوسط، مرتفع)، في حين أشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطات درجات المعلمات في بعد تبلد المشاعر تُعزى لمستوى الخبرة (منخفض، متوسط، مرتفع)، وأخيراً عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس الاحتراق النفسي وأبعاده الفرعية (الانهاک العاطفي-تبلد المشاعر-نقص الشعور بالإنجاز الشخصي) تُعزى للعمر الزمني (24 سنة فأقل، 25 إلى 34 سنة، 35 سنة فأکثر).
The research aimed to identify the level (expansion rate) of psychological burnout among female kindergarten teachers and to reveal the psychological burnout on its scale in the light of some demographic dimensions (marital status teaching years of experience – age).
The research sample consisted of (50) female kindergarten teachers at the age of (22-40) years with an average age of (30,06) years and a sample standard deviation of (6,416).
The researcher used the scale of Psychological Burnout prepared by Christina Maslach.
The results of the study did not show any statistically significant correlation between single and married female kindergarten teachers on the scale of psychological burnout, also no statistically significant difference were detected between the average scores of the female teachers in the total score of the psychological burnout scale and two of its dimensions (emotional exhaustion and diminished sense of personal accomplishment) due to the level of teaching experience (low – average – high).
However, the results showed a statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05between the female teachers' average scores in the dimensions of (depersonalization due to the level of teaching experience (low- average – high). And finally,  the results did not show ny statistically significant differences between the average scores of the teachers on the scale of psychological burnout and its sub-dimensions (emotional exhaustion- depersonalization- and diminished sense of personal accomplishment) due to age (24 years and below – 25:35 years – and 35 years and above)
