تصور مقترح لتنمية المسئولية الأمنية لطلاب الجامعة وفق أسس التربية الإسلامية

هدف البحث بشکل رئيس إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية المسئولية الأمنية لدى طلاب الجامعة وفق أسس التربية الإسلامية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي للوقوف على مفهوم الأمن، وأهميته في الشريعة الإسلامية، ومفهوم المسئولية الأمنية وخصائصها وفق أسس التربية الإسلامية، ومبررات تنمية المسئولية الأمنية، ودور الجامعة في تنمية هذه المسئولية لدى طلاب الجامعة من خلال محاورها التعليمية کالإدارة الجامعية، والأستاذ الجامعي، والمناهج والمقررات الدراسية، والأنشطة الطلابية، وکذلک تعرف أسس التربية الإسلامية کالأساس العقدي، والأساس التعبدي، والأساس التشريعي، والأساس الأخلاقي، والأساس العلمي.
وقد خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج تؤکد قصور دور الجامعة في تنمية المسئولية الأمنية لطلابها، والوصول إلى مجموعة من التحديات المعاصرة التي فرضت على الباحث وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية تلک المسئولية الأمنية في ضوء أسس التربية الإسلامية.
The present study aimed mainly to develop a proposed vision for security responsibility development to university students in the light of basics of Islamic education. A descriptive research method was adopted to investigate the definition of security and it's importance in the Islamic legislative, definition, characteristics of security responsibility in the light of basics of Islamic education, justifications of development, and the role of the University in developing security responsibility as represented in the following aspects of the university role: management, Professors, Curricula, students’ activities. Additionally, it explored the basics of Islamic education such as the belief, worship, legislative, moral, and scientific basis.
The paper reached a set of conclusions indicating the deficiency of the university’s role of developing Security Responsibility in University Students, and reaching a set of certain contemporary challenges which imposed the researcher to develop a proposed vision for developing this security responsibility in the light of basics of Islamic education.
