فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي التجاري لتنمية مهارات متابعة التدريب الميداني لطلابهم بمدارس التکنولوجيا التطبيقية «التجارية»

هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي التجاري لتنمية مهارات متابعة التدريب الميداني لطلابهم بمدارس التکنولوجيا التطبيقية ) معلم من معلمي التعليم الثانوي التجاري؛ 10«التجارية «، وتکونت عينة البحث من ( ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مواد وأدوات البحث المتمثلة في قائمة بمهارات متابعة التدريب الميداني، التي في ضوئها تم إعداد البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، والاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات التدريب الميداني، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مستوي أداء مهارات متابعة التدريب الميداني، وطبقت أدوات البحث  عند مستوي ً علي عينة البحث، وأشارت النتائج إلي وجود فرق دال إحصائياً وبعدياًقبليا ) بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي 0.01( والبعدي لکل من الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي؛ مما يشير إلي فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية کل من الجانب المعرفي والأدائي لمهارات متابعة التدريب الميداني لدي معلمي التعليم الثانوي التجاري، کما توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لکل من الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة، وفي النهاية قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة في ضوء نتائج البحث. 
The research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a proposed training program for teachers of commercial secondary education to develop the skills of follow - up field training for their students in “commercial” applied technology schools.The research sample consisted of (10) teachers of commercial secondary education; To achieve the research objectives. the researcher prepared research materials and tools represented in a list of field training follow - up skills. in the light of which the proposed training program was pre- pared. an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects of field training skills. and an observation checklist to measure the per- formance level of follow - up field training skills. The research tools were applied before and after on the sample of the research. and the results indicated that there is a statistically significant difference at (0.01) between the mean ranks of the experimental group teach- ers in the pre and post application for each of the achievement test and the observation checklist in favor of the post application. Which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed training program in de- veloping both the cognitive and performance aspects of follow - up field training skills for teachers of commercial secondary education. There is also a statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of the experimental group teachers in the post application of both the achievement test and the observation checklist. In the end the researcher presented a set of recommendations and pro- posed research in the light of the research results.
