التمکين الإداري لنواب مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي في إمارة دبي (دراسة ميدانية) عبدالله سلطان عبدالله بن حارب المهيري Administrative Empowerment for Deputy Principals of Secondary Education Schools in the Emirate of Dubai (A Field Study

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على التمکين الإداري لنواب مديري المدارس الثانوية في إمارة دبي، وقد تکوّنت عينة الدراسة من (40) نائب مدير، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد أداة الدراسة المکونة من (19) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة التمکين الإداري لنواب مديري المدارس الثانوية في إمارة دبي، وجاءت الفقرات بمستوى مرتفع ، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي ( 3.98)، وأن فقرة الإجراءات وهي "تعميم صلاحيات نائب مدير المدرسة على العاملين في المدرسة من قبل الإدارة" جاءت مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.85). وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين واقع التمکين الإداري لنواب مديري المدارس الثانوية والإجراءات الإدارية المطبقة في الميدان التربوي، وبنسبة أکثر من 50%.
وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات أهمها: تفوّض صلاحيات مدير المدرسة لنوابه کلٌ حسب مجاله وتلقائي في حالة عدم تواجده.
This study aimed to identify the administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in the Emirate of Dubai, and the study sample consisted of (40) deputy principals.
The study found that the degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in the Emirate of Dubai, and the paragraphs were at a high level, as the arithmetic average reached (3.98), and that the procedures paragraph, which is "generalizing the powers of the deputy principal of the school to the school's employees by the administration" came high, as The arithmetic mean was (3.85). There is a correlation between the reality of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals and administrative procedures applied in the educational field, with a percentage of more than 50%.
The study came out with recommendations, the most important of which are: The powers of the school principal are delegated to his deputies, each according to his field, and automatically in the absence of his presence.
