الشراکة البحثية بين بعض الجامعات الأجنبية وقطاع الأعمال وإمکانية الإفادة منها في مصر -جامعة المنيا نموذجًا- دراسة مقارنة

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على ماهية الشراکة البحثية بين الجامعات وقطاع الأعمال وأهميتها، وأهدافها، وتطبيقاتها، ومجالاتها، ومعوقاتها، وبيان أهم الآليات والتطبيقات والمجالات الفعالة للشراکة البحثية في کل من جامعة أُکسفورد بالمملکة المتحدة، وجامعة کاليفورنيا بالولايات المتحدة الأمريکية، وجامعة أُولو بفنلندا، وإمکانية الإفادة منها عند تفعيل الشراکة البحثية بالجامعات المصرية، وإلقاء الضوء على الوضعية الراهنة للشراکة البحثية بجامعة المنيا کإحدى الجامعات الإقليمية بجمهورية مصر العربية وأوجه القصور والتحديات التي تواجه الجامعة وتحول دون شراکة بحثية فعالة بينها وبين قطاع الأعمال، والتوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتفعيل الشراکة البحثية بالجامعات المصرية، واستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن بخطواته والمتمثلة في: البعد الوصفي، والبعد التحليلي، والبعد التفسيري، والبعد التنبؤي، وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج مستقاه من التحليل المقارن تمثلت في أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين مجالات البحث في جامعات المقارنة الثلاث، ونتائج مستقاه من الوضعية الراهنة للشراکة البحثية في جامعة المنيا وأهمها ضعف تطبيقات الشراکة البحثية بين جامعة المنيا وقطاع الأعمال وذلک لعدة أسباب منها: عدم وجود خطة بحثية معتمدة للجامعة، وقلة الأبحاث التطبيقية التي تعالج مشاکل المجتمع، وعدم وجود قاعدة بينات للمشاريع البحثية محليًا ودوليًا، وضعف الصلة بين مؤسسات المجتمع في مجالات الزراعة، والصناعة والصحة، والبيئة، والتعليم. وفي ضوء تلک النتائج توصل البحث إلى تقديم بعض الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل الشراکة البحثية بين الجامعات المصرية وقطاع الأعمال.
The current research aims to identify the importance of research partnership between universities and the business sector; its objectives, applications, areas ,and obstacles as well as to clarify the most important mechanisms, applications and domains of effective research partnerships in Oxford University in the United Kingdom, California University in USA and Oulu University in Finland, so as to identify the possibility of benefiting from them when activating research partnerships in Egyptian Universities. Moreover, the research sheds the light on the current reality of research partnership at Minia University as one of the regional universities in ARE in order to identify the shortcomings and challenges facing the university and preventing their partnership with the business sector to present some proposed procedures for activating the research partnership in Egyptian Universities. The research utilized the comparative research approach in its steps as follows: descriptive, analytical, explanatory, and predictive dimension. Results reached from the comparative analysis revealed the similarities and differences between research fields in the three comparison universities, while the results drawn from analyzing the current reality of research partnership in Minia University clarified the weakness of the application of research partnership between Minia University and the business sector for several reasons including the absence of an approved university research plan, lack of applied research that addresses society problems, lack of national and international research projects database, the weak link between society institutions in fields of agriculture, industry, health, environment ,and education  and  the lack of investment institutions' confidence in the ability of universities research to address their problems. In the light of these results, the research reached some proposed procedures for activating the research partnership between Egyptian universities and the business sector.
